The study about the flux and index of gamma-ray loud blazars show:(1)there is significant correlation between the luminosities in gamma-ray and VLBI radio energy band;(2)there are strong anticorrelarions among the observed indices of soft X-ray, hard X-ray and gamma-ray. For the FSRQs, the whole X-ray emission was contributed by synchrotron self-Compton emission, for the HBLs, the X-ray emission was dominated by synchrotron emission while the soft X-ray emission is dominated by synchrotron emission and the SSC emission dominate the hard X-ray energy band for LBLs;(3) there are strong radio-radio and radio-optical flux correlations for the quasar 3C 273. The higher frequency emission leads those in lower frequency. The multi-band complex indices strongly correlated with the high frequency flux which implies that the object is becoming bright when the energy spectrum is harden.

通过对γ噪Blazar天体的谱指数、流量的相关研究，发现（1）51个样本blazar的γ射线光度与VLBI光度之间存在显著相关；（2）软X、硬X以及γ波段的观测谱指数之间存在较强的反相关，对FSRQs，无论是硬X射线还是软X射线的辐射都是逆康普顿辐射的贡献，而对于HBLs来说，则是同步辐射的贡献，对LBLs，在软X射线波段以同步辐射贡献为主，在硬X射线能区以逆康普顿贡献为主；（3）3C 273的射电各个波段以及光学之间存在强相关，高频辐射一直领先低频辐射，3C 273的多波段复合谱指数和高频流量之间存在强的反相关，意味着当能谱变硬时对象变亮。

Aiming at the heavy load starts and the original soft start limitation,the new soft start is proposed with hands overhands over the frequency conversion starting and the thyristor accent presses.Through the experimental test,this new soft start can solve voltage hunting influence completely,and has the practical application value.

因此本文鉴于软粘土地区深基坑工程土钉支护结构的研究及设计现状，在前人研究的基础上，就复合土钉支护软粘土基坑的稳定性和变形展开相应的专题研究，主要完成了以下几个方面的工作： 1针对软土条件超前桩的应用，研究了桩加土钉的复合土钉支护机理，建立了复合土钉支护稳定性分析模型和计算公式，并对工程实例进行计算分析，检验了模型。

In chapter three, the author studies channel coding and decoding techniques, that is Woven codes. On the basis of other researchers'results, the author presents a four-port soft input and soft output module, in order to facilitate iterative decoding process of concatenated codes. The basic relationship between the the first half-wave peak value of transient current and the initial firing angles is found by means of analytical method.The practical method is put forward to determine the initial two-phase and the third phase firing angles with the limiting value and the space vector varying track of transient current.And then the subsequent series of firing angles with the even step are calculated by using the speed at the time of re-switching.The suppressive effect to the inrush current is verified with simulation and experiment of rapid soft re-switching control,by which the influence of different speed to rapid soft re-switching course is analyzed besides.3 To analyze the power loss for typical periodically variable running load and deeply study the energy-saving principle and control mode of the intermittent power supply approach. Futhermore,the novel integrated energy-saving control technique is developed on base of the intermittent power supply approach.
