Objective To introduce a new procedure modifying upper eyelid's dermatocele and excessive fullness.Methods In this procedure,we design incision at sub-eyebrow but not up-eyelash to do upper eyelid blepharoplasty.Using this approach,we smooth the wrinkles ion upper eyelids,excise superfluous skin and pseudo-herniated orbital fat so as to make patients youthful.Results Through this method.aging upper eyelids can be made youthful effectively and naturally.

目的 介绍治疗上睑臃肿松垂的新术式方法我们采用眉下切口而不是传统的睫毛上切口进行上睑整形，充分舒展松垂皱缩的上睑，并去除膨出的上睑眶隔脂肪及余的皮肤和轮匝肌组织，在达到改善上睑松弛使病人外貌年轻化的目的。

Methods Design two incisions at canthus, one is short and horizontal just at the new point of canthus, the other is along eyelid fold about 5～4mm away from the short one. Transverse the horizontal incision into vertical by breaking or excising fibromuscular band under epicanthal skin and fixing canthus ligment on the lateral nasal aponeurosis.

在新内眦点处设计一小横切口，而重睑切口近内眦与横切口不贯通，保留切口之间的皮肤5～4mm，充分离断或去除部分眼轮匝肌、内眦韧带内向固定，切口经张力变形转向后，去除下部多余的三角形皮肤，将两切口间保留的皮肤整理埋入重睑皱褶内。

Results:①The width in middle part,medial part and lateral part of the infraorbital orbicularis oculi muscle was 2.5±0.3 cm,0.8±0.2 cm and 2.6±0.5 cm respectively.

结果：①眼轮匝肌眶下部的中部、内侧部及外侧部宽分别为(2.5±0.3) cm、(0.8±0.2) cm和(2.6±0.5) cm。

Methods: A little improvement was made on the management of orbital septum and septal fat while doing the general lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Separate the plane between them. Orbicularis oculi and orbital septum to the infraorbital marginalis, incise the orbital septum transversely, then sewing up the orbital fat onto the periosteum of the infraorbital marginaslis in order to fill up and correct the sunken deformity of this area.

The blood supply of infraorbtal orbicularis oculi muscle mainly come from the angular artery,the infraorbital artery and the zygomaticoorbital artery,whose external diameter is 0.2～0.8 mm.

眼轮匝肌眶下部血供主要来源于内眦动脉、眶下动脉及颧眶动脉等分支，其外径在0.2～0.8 mm之间。
