Objective:To explore the morphological changes in orbicularis oculi muscle and orbicularis oris muscle after denervation.

目的：探讨不同程度失神经支配后，眼轮匝肌和口轮匝肌的形态学变化。

Methods The electromyogram of a dog's orbicularis oculi muscle was extracted with implanted micro-electrodes, The difference of electromyographic activities during different functional states was investigated to establish a way for real-time identification of functional states.

结果 眼轮匝肌在收缩时的肌电信号相对于舒张状态有幅值显著增加的特点，基于这种特征，我们采用了一种带延迟判断的幅度阈值方法，对信号进行实时分析，以接近于同步的方式识别出了眼轮匝肌收缩动作的发生。

Results Compared with the signals during relaxation, the eletromyographic signals of orbicularis oculi muscle during contraction became significantly larger at amplitude.

可以通过对眼轮匝肌肌电信号实时分析的方法，监控眼轮匝肌的功能状态，从而监控闭眼动作的发生。

Results The recovery time of frontal muscle and orbicularis between twist and non-twist in I/t curve and in sex was not significant.

结果 额枕肌额腹和口轮匝肌I/t曲线有扭结与无扭结者的恢复时间、性别无显著性差异；将I/t曲线左移限定在轻、中及重度，有扭结与无扭结者的恢复时间亦无显著性差异；扭结率以中度病变最高，其次是轻度病变口轮匝肌，而I/t曲线左移程度与恢复时间有非常高度显著性差异（ P〈0.001）。
