The lymph nodes in the pigmenting area were cleared and examined to analysis the character of the lymph node metastasis.

2002年8月～2004年4月期间我院外科手术治疗的乙状结肠、直肠上段癌30例患者，根治性切除术中经瘤前动脉注射染色剂显示着色区域，着色区域淋巴结清扫并送检，分析淋巴结转移特点。

There was no difference between breast cancer and fibro adenoma tissues in ERαexpression.The expression of ERαin breast cancer tissues was not associated with histological types,age,clinical stage,lymph node metastases state,HER-2 and P53 protein expression.

结论1、乳腺癌组织ERα蛋白表达与乳腺纤维腺瘤组织比较无显著差异；乳腺癌组织中ERα蛋白表达与患者年龄、病理类型、临床分期、淋巴结转移、P53、HER-2蛋白无关，与PR蛋白表达正相关。

Methods The nude mice tumors were formed by injection of human ovarian cancer cell line AO and AO/HSV1-tkc (AO cells carried with HSV1-tk gene which was constructed in China) subcutaneously, and then were transplanted to the omentum of nude mice. The filter-passing culture fluid of VPC/HSV1-tkc was injected daily into the peritoneum of the nude mice in the group of in vivo. Finally, all of the three groups of nude mice accepted the treatment of GCV.

先将人卵巢癌细胞AO及携有HSV1-tk基因的AO细胞（AO/HSV1-tkc）注射于裸鼠皮下，形成肿瘤后再移植于裸鼠网膜，并以病毒生产细胞（VPC/HSV1-tkc）的培养液对AO网膜移植瘤进行体内转染，然后以GCV对体外AO/HSV1-tkc转移的肿瘤及经体内转染的AO肿瘤进行治疗。

1 The SHXLF can inhibit the invasion of the hepatocellular carcinoma in mice's footpads and lymph nodes, and it can decrease the index of lymph node, prevent lymphatic metastasis.2 Its mechanism is to improve immune functions and injury the carcinoma cell, to decrease VEGF content and MVD in liver cancer, so as to inhibit the tumor angiogenesis.

1麝黄消瘤方可抑制H_(22)肝癌小鼠癌组织在局部及淋巴结的侵袭程度，降低淋巴结指数，抑制淋巴道转移。 2其作用机制主要是通过调整免疫功能，杀伤癌细胞，抑制肿瘤血管生成而实现的。

Methods 75 male mice were transplanted liver cancer(H22) subcutaneously into left footpads to be established as experimental lymphatic metastasis models, and were divided randomly into 5 groups(each group had 15 mice): the pathologic model group, SHXLF low, middle, high dose treatment groups, the western medicine group.

SPF级雄性Balb／c小鼠75只，体重18±2g，随机分为5组：病理模型对照组，麝黄消瘤方小、中、大剂量组和西药(5-Fu)对照组，各15只。复制小鼠肝癌淋巴道转移模型。

Compared with MCF-7 cells, LM-MCF-7 cells was able to form the tumor earlier, resulted in metastases more quickly,and metastasis was spread more extensive organs, such as lung, kidney, spleen, bone marrow, lymph node and heart, etc.

将该细胞株接种SCID小鼠，与亲本MCF-7细胞相比，成瘤时间由7.4 d±1.3 d缩短至5.0 d±0.0 d，在肺脏、肾脏、脾脏、骨髓、淋巴结和心脏等脏器有广泛转移。

Cells from the xenografts were cultured in vitro and retransplanted into nude mice.

裸鼠移植瘤及其转移灶在 3个位点与人乳腺癌具有相同的微卫星DNA。

Resut: the results of 21 cases of stomach malignant stromal tumors immunohistochemical were positive.the great mass of ck and ema were negative.among the 21 cases,3 patients of extensive metastasis were dead after operation,2 patients were given polypectomy,but they recured after operation 8 months and 9 months.one of them was operated again and lived 1 year,16 patients were disease-free survival 3 to 6 years.

结果：21例免疫组化结果示cd34均为阳性，而上皮指标细胞角蛋白和膜上皮抗体大部分阴性；其中3例广泛转移者于术后4～6月死亡，姑息性切除2例，术后8月及9月均复发，其中1例再次手术，存活1年，其余16例均无瘤生存，生存期为3至6年。
