转移瘤

The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.

回顾分析我院接受定制型人工关节置换进行保肢治疗的股骨远端肿瘤患者38 例，其中良性肿瘤9 例，分别是骨巨细胞瘤7例(复发性骨巨细胞瘤5 例，骨折2例)，骨巨细胞瘤合并动脉瘤样骨囊肿1 例，骨母细胞瘤1 例；恶性肿瘤29 例，分别是成骨性骨肉瘤16 例，转移性肿瘤6例(骨折2例)，软骨肉瘤2 例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例(骨折1例)，纤维肉瘤1 例，局灶性骨髓瘤1 例。

Genesis,development and metabasis of solid tumor have close relationship with tumor vessel angiogenesis; extracellular matrix degradation is the key point for tumorous infiltration and metabasis;the significant biology characteristic of tumor cell is the disorder of tumor cell differentiation and apoptosis.

骨巨细胞瘤血管生成是近年来研究热点，实体瘤的发生、发展及转移与肿瘤的血管生成密切相关；细胞外基质降解在肿瘤的浸润和转移中起到关键作用；肿瘤细胞的分化凋亡障碍与无限增殖能力是肿瘤细胞的重要生物学特征。

Giant cell tumor of bone is a kind of common bone tumor,which has characteristics of high recurrence rate and invasion.recently,tumor vessel angiogenesis has been the warm spot of research.genesis,development and metabasis of solid tumor have close relationship with tumor vessel angiogenesis; extracellular matrix degradation is the key point for tumorous infiltration and metabasis;the significant biology characteristic of tumor cell is the disorder of tumor cell differentiation and apoptosis.the correlated research has very important significance for judging gct prognosis and guiding therapy.

骨巨细胞瘤（giant cell tumor of bone，gct）是一种常见骨肿瘤，由于其高复发率和强侵袭性，备受临床骨科工作者的关注。骨巨细胞瘤血管生成是近年来研究热点，实体瘤的发生、发展及转移与肿瘤的血管生成密切相关；细胞外基质降解在肿瘤的浸润和转移中起到关键作用；肿瘤细胞的分化凋亡障碍与无限增殖能力是肿瘤细胞的重要生物学特征。骨巨细胞瘤生物大分子研究的不断深化对判断gct的预后及指导治疗有重要意义。

Results among 34 cases of orbital tumor,29 cases were with benign tumor, 5 cases of malignant tumor, 8 cases of hemangioma,5 cases of dermoid,5 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor,3 cases of liparomphalus,3 cases of haematoma,3 cases of mixed tumor of lacrimal gland,2 cases of optic nerve glioma, 2 cases of cancerometastasis,2 cases of adenocarcinoma,1 cases of malignant lymphoma.

结果 34例眼眶肿块患者中，良性肿块29例，恶性肿瘤5例；其中血管瘤8例，皮样囊肿5例，炎性假瘤5例，脂肪瘤3例，泪腺混合瘤3例，血肿3例，视神经胶质瘤2例，腺癌2例，转移性癌2例，恶性淋巴瘤1例。

After analyzing the experiment rusult we found that the expression level of KAI1/CD82 changes into double phase, or we can say it express lowly in benign ganglioneuroma, but high in non-metastatic neuroblastoma and lowly again in nephroblastoma with metastasis.

分析试验结果发现KAI1／CD82的表达水平呈双相变化，即在良性的正常对照组低表达，在无转移的肾母细胞瘤中高表达，在发生转移的肾母细胞瘤中又呈现低表达。

Decreased expression of MMPs by blocking the expression of Snail in ovarian carcinoma cells Objective: To investigate the influence of antiadhesive antibody (SHE78-7), targeted at the potent hemophilic cell adhesion molecule E-cadherin, on the motility and invasive ability of ovarian carcinoma cells that have stably tansfectant with anti-Snail plasmid.

第二部分反义Snail对裸鼠卵巢癌原位移植瘤转移的影响目的：观察转染反义Snail质粒的卵巢癌细胞在裸鼠原位移植瘤模型中生长及转移的情况，检测转移组织中Snail、E-钙粘蛋白、及基质金属蛋白酶的表达和分布。

We evaluated 350 tumors: 136 ES, including 64 conventional ES, 64 proximal-type ES, and 8 with hybrid features of conventional and proximal-type ES; 54 metastatic carcinomas (22 from lung, 6 breast, 6 stomach, 5 colorectum, 5 kidney, 5 prostate, 5 pancreas); 12 metastatic testicular embryonal carcinomas; 20 metastatic melanomas; 20 epithelioid mesotheliomas; 20 epithelioid angiosarcomas; 10 epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas; 24 epithelioid malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors; 22 myoepithelial carcinomas of soft tissue; 7 anaplastic large cell lymphomas; 5 histiocytic sarcomas; and 10 control MRT of infancy (4 brain, 3 liver, 2 soft tissue, 1 kidney).

我们总共研究了350例肿瘤：136例ES，其中包括64例寻常型ES、64例近端型ES和8例混有前两型特征的混合型ES；54例转移癌（22例来自肺、6例来自乳腺、6例来自胃、5例来自结直肠、5例来着肾、5例来着前列腺、5例来着胰腺）；12例转移性睾丸胚胎性癌；20例转移性黑色素瘤；20例上皮样间皮瘤；20例上皮样血管肉瘤；10例上皮样血管内皮瘤；24例上皮样恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤；22例软组织的肌上皮癌；7例间变性大细胞淋巴瘤；5例组织细胞肉瘤；10例作为对照的婴幼儿MRT（4例位于脑、3例位于肝、2例位于软组织、1例位于肾）。

Results The weight of tumor was reduced and the inhibitory rate of tumor weight was 36.83% in group B (P.05 compared with group A); incidence of metastatic carcinoma of lung was 100% in group A and metastatic nodules of lung were decreased in groups B and C (P.05 or P.01 compared with group A); lymph node weight in homolateral popliteal fossa and iliac periartery was lighter in group B and C than that of group A (P.05); life-span prolongation rate was 37.77% and 36.77% in groups B and C respectively and survival time did not differ much from that of group A.

结果］髓清丸低剂量组的瘤质量较模型组减少(P.05)，抑瘤率达到36.83%；模型组肺部转移率达100%，髓清丸高、低剂量组的肺部转移结节均较模型组减少，转移率较模型组低（P.05或P.01）；髓清丸高、低剂量组同侧窝、髂动脉旁淋巴结质量均较模型组减小(P.05)；髓清丸高、低剂量组小鼠生命延长率分别为37.77%、36.77%，但生存时间与模型组比较未见显著性差异。

The sulfamate moiety in the structure of topiramate is chemically related to known CA inhibitors, and in fact, topiramate inhibits CA activity. To further explore the pharmacological action of topiramate, and clarify the possibility of anti-tumor growth and metastasis of CA inhibitors and its relation with AQP1, we studied the effect of topiramate on adhesion of high metastatic prostate carcinoma to laminin, and established the spontaneous metastatic model of Lewis lung carcinoma to studied the influences of topiramate on tumor growth and metastasis and AQP1 expression in lungs and primary tumors of mice.

为了深入研究托吡酯的药理作用，阐明CA抑制剂和水通道蛋白AQP1相互作用影响肿瘤生长和转移的可能性及其机制，我们研究了托吡酯对高转移的前列腺癌细胞粘附于基质成分层粘连蛋白的影响；以Lewis肺癌自发性转移为模型，考察了托吡酯对肿瘤生长和转移的影响；同时观察了托吡酯对荷瘤小鼠肺组织及原发瘤组织AQP1表达的影响；检测了其对血管新生的作用；利用体外AQP1表达模型，研究了CA抑制剂对AQP1功能的影响；此外，用蛋白质组学的关键技术，通过对模型组与托吡酯治疗组血清蛋白质组的比较分析，来寻找与肿瘤转移相关的蛋白质，探索托吡酯的可能作用靶点。

Objective: We have studied Baizhus effects of suppressing tumors and anti-metastasizing during our pretests. In order to discuss the mechanism further, we have respectively studied its effects from three aspects.

目的：预试验对于白术抑瘤及抗肿瘤侵袭和转移的作用进行了研究，确定白术具有抑瘤及抗肿瘤转移的作用，为进一步探讨其机理所在，本研究从三方面作了更细致的研究。
