Results Postoperative pathological diagnosis showed 13 ependymomas, 2 astrocytomas, 2 oligodendroglioma, 2 lipoma, 1 myeloma, 1 keratose, 1 metastatic tumor, 1 angeioma, and 1 neurinoma.24 cases were treated by surgeon.

结果 病理证实室管膜瘤13例，星形细胞瘤2例，少枝胶质细胞瘤2例，脂肪瘤2例，骨髓瘤、转移瘤、血管瘤、角化物、神经鞘瘤各1例。24例行手术治疗。

Results Cortical tumors were seen in 9 cases, including adenomatous hyperplasia in 3 cases, adenoma in 4, cortical adenocarcinoma in 2;Medullary tumors were seen in 9 cases, including pheochromocytoma in 5 cases, metastasis in 3, neuroblastoma in 1;interstitial tumors were seen in 9 cases, including myelolipoma in 4 cases, and neurofibroma,cyst, lymphoma, malignant transformation of mesothelioma, malignant mesenchymal tumor in one, respectively.

结果 皮质肿瘤9例，其中肾上腺腺瘤样增生3例，腺瘤4例，皮质腺癌2例；髓质肿瘤9例，包括嗜铬细胞瘤5例，转移瘤3例，神经母细胞瘤1例；间质肿瘤9例，其中骨髓脂肪瘤4例，神经纤维瘤、囊肿、淋巴瘤、间皮瘤恶变、间叶组织来源恶性肿瘤各1例。

Results: The CT appearances included calcified lesions in 12 cases, cavitary lesions in 9cases, pneumonia-like lesions in 8cases, a single mass in 6 cases, air in branches in 5 cases, spontaneous pneumothorax in 2 cases.

结果：本组病例显示非典型肺转移瘤CT表现：空洞型转移12例，钙化型转移9例，肺炎型转移8例，孤立型转移6例，转移瘤内支气管充气征5例，自发性气胸2例。

结果：畸胎瘤含脂肪、纤维和液体等成分；纤维脂肪血管瘤含有粗大血管；骨巨细胞瘤呈溶骨性破坏，1例在T2WI有液-液平面；神经源性肿瘤通过骶孔与骶管内病变相连，神经节母细胞瘤和神经外胚层瘤破坏骶孔；9例脊索瘤在T2WI有条状低信号纤维结构和高信号粘液基质；未分化癌和淋巴瘤T1WI呈略低信号，T2WI呈略高和较高信号；19例转移瘤有多处骨骼破坏，5例只有骶椎侵犯。

The attenuation values at unenhanced and enhanced CT of the tumor were also recorded. Results The 32 cases adrenal neoplasms included 9 cases with aldosterone-producing adenoma, 5 hydrocortisone-producing adenomas, 1non-functional adenoma, 5 cortical hyperplasies,4 pheochromocytomas,2 adenocarcinomas, 3 metastases, 1 fibroneuroma, 1 ganglioneuroma and 1 myelolipomas. Conclusion The characteristics on CT images are associated with the pathological feature in adrenal neoplasms.

结果 醛固酮腺瘤9例，体积较小且密度低，增强后轻度增强；皮质醇腺瘤5例，瘤体较大，边界清，密度略低于正常肾上腺组织；无功腺瘤1例；结节增生5例，为等或稍低密度影，增强后强化较明显；嗜铬细胞瘤4例，体积较大，密度不均，可见多个囊变坏死区；皮质腺癌2例，肿块形态不规则，边缘模糊，密度不均匀，易发生大片坏死及点状钙化；转移瘤3例；神经纤维瘤、神经节瘤及髓性脂肪瘤各1例。

Methods: Total 50 patients with hepatic tumors and tumor-like lesions performed perfusion imaging through 16-slice spiral CT. Including 17 liver cancers, 15 metastatic tumors, 16 angiomas, 1 hepatic inflammatory tumor and 1 simple cyst. 31 male patients and 19 female patients. The mean age of all 50 cases was 56.4±2.2 years. 15 cases of all 50 cases had medical record of hepatocirrhosis(13 liver cancers, 1 metastatic tumors, 1 angioma).

对50例肝肿瘤或肿瘤样病变行16层螺旋CT灌注成像扫描，其中肝癌17例，肝转移瘤15例，肝血管瘤16例，肝炎性假瘤1例及肝囊肿1例；患者男性31例，女性19例，年龄34~78岁，平均年龄56.4±2.2岁；其中15例患者存在肝硬化病史(13例肝癌，1例转移瘤，1例血管瘤)。
