This chapter tries to solve the following issues:as theconscious awareness of law-makers,the penalty-crimerelationship determines how to make law;as the form ofideas,the penalty-crime relationship regulates and guidesthe process of law-making and judicature;penalty andcrime as provided by law is nothing but the model for thepenalty-crime relationship presupposed and defined bylawmakers;the presupposition and definition of thepenalty-crime relationship is the value-based evaluativeactivity on the grounds of cognition;the change invalue-based criteria and the inherent contradiction of theobjective to beevaluated is the fundamental precondition for the definitionof the penalty-crime relationship;the change in classcontradiction is the basic cause for the change inevaluative criteria;the change in the objective to theevaluated reflects the demands and interests of the rulingclass to a certain extent,and lastly;as the evaluativeform of negating crime,penalty and its effectiveness dependheavily on the unity of compulsiveness and justice.

文章论述了刑罪关系作为立法者的自觉意识决定着刑事立法；刑罪关系作为观念的形式，规束并引导着立法和司法，法律中规定的犯罪与刑罚，是立法者设定的刑罪关系范式；刑罪关系的设定是以认识为基础的价值评价活动，价值标准的变动性和评价对象的内在矛盾性，是刑罪关系设立的根本前提，指出了阶级矛盾的变化是导致评价标准不确定的根本原因；评价对象的转移，在一定程度上反映出统治阶级利益的需要。刑罚作为对犯罪否定评价的方式，其有效性在于强制性与正义性的统一。

The different fishes which are employed in the present studies are wild-type salmon, cultured salmon of freshwater and seawater, sea perch and fat greenling. The complete CT gene sequences of salmons are obtained by PCR amplification. The partial CT sequences of sea perch and fat greenling are obtained by in vitro cloning PCR method. Alignment of obtained CT sequences with other fish CT shows that CT appears to be well conserved among the same family. And the relative in taxonomy is far away, the similarity of different fish CTs is low. On the contrary, the closer the relative in taxonomy is, the higher the similarity of different fish CTs is. The sCT is expressed in pGEX-4T-X by recombinant form . We also succeed in the research of sCT expression alone by expression PCR. In addition, sCT antiserum is obtained using GST-sCT as antigen, and the high titer is tested by double immunodiffusion. In the rat bioassay, administration of 50 μg recombinant protein evoked significant hypocalcemia at 1 h after the data are analyzed by t-test.

本文用PCR方法克隆了野生鲑鱼、养殖鲑鱼的降钙素基因，并应用体外克隆PCR的方法首次克隆出鲈鱼、六线鱼降钙素的部分基因序列，通过对克隆的降钙素序列的比较研究，结果显示同一科的鱼降钙素序列保守性较高，同时，根据降钙素的部分氨基酸序列进行了降钙素相似性的比较研究，结果显示在分类学上，分类地位较远的鱼，其降钙素相似性较低，分类地位越接近的鱼，其降钙素相似性越高；我们利用谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(Glutathions S-transferase，GST)融合表达载体pGEX-4T-X对克隆的鲑鱼降钙素基因进行了融合表达研究，应用表达PCR的方法对降钙素基因的独立表达进行了初步的研究探索，并将纯化的融合蛋白作为抗原，获得了高效价的兔抗鲑鱼降钙素免疫血清；生物活性研究表明，大肠杆菌表达的融合蛋白具有显著的降血钙作用。

We used ITO glass substrate and high purity（99.99%） titanium , put to use sputtering process, add to high purity O2 make it complete the best structure film and the thickness about 1400 . By way of 500℃ anneal could got a better anatase phase, this result could easy reaction with electrolyte to increase electron-transferred. Used as spin casting covering PR on ITO substrate, transferring patterns of array circular shapes on a mask to photography, used optimize temperature and time to hard bake. Finally used HCl to etching underexposed TiO2 area, and acetone to tripper top PR, make it to accomplish pillars shape TiO2 electrode.

本研究使用ITO玻璃基板为底材在以高纯度钛(99.99%)为靶材，利用溅镀方式通入纯氧使其行成高纯度TiO2镀於ITO基板上行成厚度约1400的薄膜，且经500℃高温烧结使其行成最强的锐钛矿结晶相，此晶相有利於与电解液反应进而增加电子的转移，提升太阳能电池最佳的效率，在以旋转涂布方式铺上光阻，以矩阵排列的圆孔光罩曝光、最佳的温度及时间来烘烤、显影后；使用盐酸以等向性湿蚀刻方式蚀刻未曝光之TiO2区域，最后利用鈵铜将最上层光阻去除，使其行成柱状TiO2的电极。

This paper investigates the basic principle of land and real property appreciation along the line produced by urban rail transit, analyzes the action process of urban rail transit development benefit, and demonstrates the basic characteristics of vested benefit of urban rail transit by using overseas related research results for reference. On the basis, the influence circle of urban rail transit development benefit is studied, the primary model is created according to the consistence principle of trip access, and the development benefit influence circle of each station on Line 1 is caculated for trial. At the same time the development benefit influence circle of the Xin-Zhuang Station on Line 1 is analyzed according to the research data, which verifies the model results. In addition, further research problems are put forward.

本文从城市轨道交通引起轨道交通线路沿线区域内的土地和不动产增值的基本原理入手，分析城市轨道交通利益发生、扩散和转移的作用过程，借鉴国外学者的相关研究成果，阐明了城市轨道交通利益最终归属的基本特征；在此基础上，重点对城市轨道交通开发利益的影响范围进行研究，根据出行可达性一致的原则建立了城市轨道交通开发利益影响范围的初步计算模型，针对上海轨道交通1号线各车站的开发利益影响范围进行了试算；同时，根据实际调查数据对上海轨道交通1号线莘庄站的开发利益影响范围进行了对比分析，验证了模型计算结果；此外还提出了有待进一步深化研究的问题。

Knees receiving the hIL-1Ra had significantly reduced cartilage breakdown. Delivery of the hIL-10 was less effective, When both genes were used together, there was a greater inhibition of cartilage breakdown and a considerable reduction of cartilage matrix degradation.

构建PLXRN-IL-1Ra、PLXRN-IL-10逆转录病毒载体，体外感染同种异体原代滑膜细胞，接着将转染了外源基因的滑膜细胞行关节腔注射入创伤性骨关节炎兔膝关节，通过对关节滑液的ELISA分析证明外源基因的表达在基因转移后14天还很稳定，只接受hIL-1Ra基因治疗的膝关节软骨损坏明显减轻，接受hIL-10基因治疗的膝关节治疗也有一定效果，当两种基因同时导入时，有非常明显的抑制软骨破坏和软骨基质降解的作用。
