The simulation of the vector control system for rotor flux orientation is studied in this paper. The modeling and simulation of the vector control system of speed and flux closed-loop with the torque inside loop are completed by applying electrical principles and the toolbox of Simulink and Power System in the Matlab software. The paper mainly introduces the modeling of the speed adjustment system and the setting of parameters of the controller. The obtained results of the simulation are close to actual situation, which proves the correctness of the modeling.

文章对按转子磁链定向的矢量调速系统进行了计算机仿真研究，运用Matlab的Simulink和Power System工具箱及面向系统电气原理结构图的仿真方法，实现了带转矩内环的转速、磁链闭环矢量控制系统的建模与仿真；重点介绍了调速系统的建模和调节器参数的设置，给出了矢量交流调速系统的仿真模型和仿真结果，仿真结果非常接近实际情况，说明了仿真模型的正确性。

The new GV preparation method we developed allowed the best visualization of chromatin distribution after Hoechst or CMA3 staining. Our results showed that GV chromatin configurations are different among different species, and thus, while chromatin condensed into a ring around the nucleolus in porcine and bovine oocytes, no such a ring was observed in caprine oocytes; Porcine oocytes were synchronized at GV1, goat oocytes at GV3n and bovine oocytes at GVf configurations before GVBD occurred, indicating that these configurations are progressive towards final maturation rather than atresia; Changes of chromatin configurations were associated with gene activity of transcription; GV chromatin configurations were affected by the environmental changes such as serum starvation and elevated temperature.

应用该技术对猪、山羊和牛不同大小、不同健康程度卵泡及体内和体外成熟过程中卵母细胞染色质构型的变化发现：1）不同动物卵母细胞染色质构型不同；猪和牛卵母细胞染色质围绕核仁凝集形成环，但山羊卵则没有此环。2）卵母细胞在GVBD之前都同步在某一染色质构型；猪同步在GV1，山羊GV3n，牛GVf，说明这些染色质构型代表着进行性变化。3）染色质构型的变化反映基因转录活动的变化。4）染色质构型受环境变化的影响。

All internal fixators were removed and re-fixed with half ring sculcus external fixator. For 32 cases with soft tissue defect, 10 were repaired with gastrocnemius musculocutaneous flap, 6 with medial head of gastrocnemius and 16 with fascial flap.

To pay attention to carry out effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemostasis by compression and deep vein intubation rapidly in the initial stage of emergency. The carotid shunt tube plays an important role in severe carotid injury and re-establishment process. We use external jugular vein to transplant and re-establish,which are rung with artificial blood vessels for the long distance carotid injury and achieved the best result. We expose as fully as possible for the hepatic venae and the posthepatic post caval injury,and adopt effective methods to stop bleeding and repair. The application of blood shunt pump could raise the success rate for those severe patients. The self-double vastransplantation with both ends being all trousers-style one opening solve some problems such as there are no suitable caliber self-transplantation blood vessels and the artificial blood vessels are easy to occur obliteration for long-term and so on for the great or middle blood vessels.We use improved Fogarty duct and anterograde intubation to eliminate thrombus could eliminate thrombus effectively and avoid accessory injury for the deep vein injury and extensive thrombosis.

抢救初期要注意进行有效的心肺复苏、压迫止血和快速进行深静脉插管；颈动脉转流管在严重颈动脉损伤重建过程中有重要作用；对长距离颈动脉损伤用颈外静脉移植外环包人造血管重建，可取得最佳效果；对肝静脉及肝后下腔静脉损伤，要充分暴露，采用有效方法止血和修复，对病情极危重的凶险性出血者，血液转流泵的应用可提高成功率；对大、中血管损伤，两端均为裤式单开口自体双血管移植，解决了无适宜口径自体移植血管和应用人造血管远期易闭塞等问题；对深静脉损伤并广泛血栓形成者，应用改进的Fogarty导管和顺行插管取栓法，可有效取栓并避免了副损伤。

This study uses plate shear instrument that can produce a plate shear and record both torsion and settlement simultaneously. Radius of specimen ring is 10 cm. Height of the specimen is 10.5 cm. The plate shear tests were carried out with initial relative densities 30%. Fine contents 5%~35% of Mai-Liao sand , fine contents 0%、20% of Vietnam-sand, fine content 0%、18% of Ottawa-sand. Reversal and one-way shear, normal stresses 7 kPa~100kPa.To measure settlement and try to get a relative density and to measure cone resistance value after plate shear.

本研究系利用可施加盘转剪力并同时记录扭力与沉陷的圆盘剪力仪进行实验，土样环半径为10 cm，土样高度为10.5 cm，初始相对密为度为30%、细料含量为5%~35%之麦寮砂、0%及20%之越南砂、0%及18%之标准砂，进行单向及往复式盘转剪力试验，载重为7 kPa~100 kPa，试验后量取沉陷量，求得盘剪后之相对密度，并量测盘剪后之圆锥贯入阻抗值。
