In order to improve the efficiency of dust-catching,the webby evaporator is added to the converter, also the machinery and performance of the webby evaporator is optimized,so the reclaiming of the gas is increased from 30Nm3/tG to 75Nm3/tG, and the dust capacity is reduced from 250～300mg/Nm3 to 80～100mg/Nm3, the environment is improved,the purpose to save energy and depress cost is achieved.

为了提高除尘效率，在转炉上设计增加丝网脱水器，并对其结构及设备性能参数等方面进行优化设计，使煤气的回收量由30Nm3/tG增加到75Nm3/tG，煤气含尘量由250～300mg/Nm3降到80～100mg/Nm3，改善了大气环境，达到了节能降耗的目的。
