The thermal behavior of silver behenate has been studied by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, combined thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis-mass spectrometry. The results indicated that complicated phase transitions took place while heating silver behenate,but there were two distinct thermal transitions. During the first transition at 138°C, the alkyl chains of silver behenate were transformed from an ordered into disordered state.

通过采用粉末X射线衍射、红外光谱、热重-差热分析与质谱联用技术，对山嵛酸银纳米晶体的热行为研究发现，山嵛酸银受热发生了一系列相转变，它有两个明显的突变：即在138℃左右，山嵛酸银的烷基链从高度有序转变为无序状态；在231℃左右，山嵛酸银发生了热分解，其主要分解产物为银纳米粒子和山嵛酸。

A study of phase morphology of PBT/POE-g-MAH/nano-CaCO3 composite by means of scanning electron microscopy showed that the domains size of nano-CaCO3 capsulated by POE-g-MAH elastomer in composite when PBT was mixed directly with POE-g-MAH and nano-CaCO3 together or with nano-CaCO3 capsulated by POE-g-MAH elastomer is large.

采用熔体流动速率较低的EPS30R与纯POE-g-MAH共混制备的增韧改性剂，在PBT基体中的分散相变得粗大且不均匀，共混物的脆韧转变推迟。SEM显示，纯POE-g-MAH增韧剂使PBT共混物发生脆韧转变时，弹性体分散相颗粒产生塑性变形，诱发基体屈服而吸收能量。

最后，笔者结合目前我国教育发展对新时期教材改革的要求，关注于我国基础教育中的化学教材改革的未来，提出了对我国高中化学教材改革方向的几点展望：教材编制指导思想的&人本化&发展；教材教学目标中的素质化、社会化、大众化的转变；教材内容的弹性化发展；教材的教法、学法的探究式、合作式、互动式转变；教材载体的多元化、现代化趋势等等。

Observation using transmission electron microscopy found the irreversible centripetal movement of chloroplasts in chlorotic plants, as a result occurred in three sequential events:(1) chloroplast positions changed from face position (with long axis of chloroplasts at the cell walls perpendicular to light ray) to profile position (with long axis chloroplasts near the cell walls parallel to light ray),(2) chloroplast shapes changed from long elliptical to circular,(3) chloroplasts were separated from the cell wall and moved to the center of the cell.

根据政府公共服务能力理论的原则，提出了提高我国地方政府公共服务能力的对策建议：转变公共服务理念；进一步转变服务职能，实现政府职能的强化、弱化和转化；加强制度建设，建立政务咨询制度、公开资讯制度，建立健全地方政府公共财政体制，完善就业和社会保障制度，推行和完善相关的服务机制；创新公共服务方法，实现公共服务市场化和社会化及公共服务电子化，引入现代工商管理方法；加强分类服务，实现公共服务的多样性供给及层次性供给；加强共服务队伍建设；加强机关行政效能建设，实施科学的政府服务绩效管理。
