The reaction performance of Pt-Sn-Li/Al_2O3/FeCrAl catalyst was measured,and the properties of the catalyst were characterized.It was found that reaction temperature,LHSV and the molar ratio of hydrogen to alkane have greatly affected on the catalytic performance of the Pt-Sn-Li/Al_2O_3/FeCrAl catalyst.Under a set of optimal reaction conditions,at 0.1 MPa,470℃,the molar ratio of hydrogen to alkane of 4 and LHSV of 0.14 mL·m~(-2)·h~(-1),the dodecane conversion is 6%,and the dodecene selectivity is about 72%.
结果表明:工业催化剂的催化性能比至今实验室制备的γ-Al_2O_3和SBA-15颗粒负载型颗粒状催化剂的性能好;反应温度、液时空速和氢烃摩尔比对Pt-Sn-Li/Al_2O_3/FeCrAl金属基整体式催化剂脱氢性能都有重要影响,最适宜的反应条件是压力为0.1 MPa,反应温度为470℃,进料氢烃摩尔比为4和LHSV为0.14 mL·m~(-2)·h~(-1),此时十二烷的转化率约为6%,十二烯的选择性约为72%;活性组分涂层与金属基体结合良好。

The construction of recombinant UNPase provided a basis for the research on biocatalysed synthesis of adenosine. In comparison with uridine, inosine was the better donar of pentose-1-phosphorate. In the reaction mixture composed of 30 mmolL^(-1)inosine, 10 mmolL^(-1) adenine, and 30 mmolL^(-1) pH 7.5 phosphate buffer and 0.5% wet cells gave a high yield of 85.57% at 60℃ in 3h.

Results: the results showed that extracts of Artemsia dracunculus L. at the dose of 7.5%,3.75%,1.875% 20 ml/kg.w, can cause a signficant increase of WBC (P.05), thymus index, spleen index,(P.05) phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of phagocyte,(P.05) the transformation rate of the spleen lymphocytes,(P.05) and the serum IL-2(P.05),serum hemolysin concentration 50%( P.05)in immunodepressed mice. Conclusions: extracts oil from Artemsia dracunculus L. can significantly enhance the non-specific, cell-mediated and humoral immunological function in immunodepressed mice.

Study on the driving forces of land use/cover temporal-spatial change. On the basis of the systematical study on natural and social-ecomic factors including climate, population, technology and affluence status etc. during the past 50 years in this area, the multivariate statistics simulation models of LUCC were developed for two periods of 1950's-1980's and 1986-2000 respectively. Then, the Thiesson polygon method was used to the spatial allocation of soci-economic factors, thereby the spatial relationship between land use degree change and socieconomic factor variation was detected within GIS. Based on the analysis of the integrative characters in different geographical divisions, the electivity index was employed to describe the possible impacts of the natural landscape structure on spatial differentiation of land use transition. At last, correlation analysis between major roads and the distribution of land use change was made.
