转动速度

For achieve two-wheel balanced function, we used fuzzy control algorithm to program the controlled codes. About the processes of control, the encoders is used to measure the angle and angular velocity of two wheels; the gyroscopei is used to measure the angular velocity of the robot; the inclined angle is got from integrating the angular velocity, and is adjusted by angle got from tiltmeter per second.

在控制流程中，用陀螺仪测量机器人倾斜角速度，透过积分得到机器人倾斜角度，且每隔1秒就用倾斜计测量的角度来校正陀螺仪积分角度，透过马达后方的光学编码器来得知马达转动角度与角速度，将陀螺仪、倾斜计与光学编码器的资讯作为控制器的输入，以模糊控制理论计算后，控制马达转动，以达到动态平衡的目的。

Mechanical inertia identification method was deduced from the current model and the mechanical model of the PM motor.The gain of the speed controller was obtained through the mechanical inertia,a group of controller gains obtained through several turns of identification.

首先通过电机电流和电压方程以及运动方程推导出转动惯量的计算方法，再根据系统的转动惯量计算出速度控制器参数，在进行多次辨识和计算后，可以得到一组速度控制器参数。

Utilized the correlative knowledge of mathematics and theoretical mechanics, the movement measure of the rolling forming of rectangle ring have been studied that based on the ring rolling theory. And the corresponding geometrical models and mathematical models have been established. It was revealed the variation law of ring in the cold rolling process.With the rolling processing, the inside and outside diameters of ring gradually increased with the cures similarly hyperbolic and the augment speed of the inside diameter was obviously larger than the augment speed of the outside diameter. With the rolling processing, the displacement, speed and acceleration of the ring centre gradually increased in the feeding direction in the horizontal and vertical ring rolling mill. With the rolling processing, the moment of inertia which ring reeled its centre and the whirligig of ring gradually increased. It caused the rotary speed gradually decreased. And it was benefit to decrease the circle tolerance and improve the precision of final molding.

本文基于环件轧制理论，运用相关的数学知识和理论力学知识，研究了冷轧过程中矩形截面环件轧制成形的运动测量，并建立相关的几何模型和数学模型，揭示了冷轧过程中环件的变化规律：随着轧制过程的进行，环件的内外径随类似于双曲线的曲线逐渐增大，且环件内径增大速度大于外径增大速度；在卧式轧环机和立式轧环机下，随着轧制过程的进行，环件中心的位移、速度及加速度不断增大；随着轧制过程的进行，环件绕其中心的转动惯量不断增大，导致环件的转速不断减小，这样有利于环件的整圆和最终成形环件的精度。

The particles in the shear band demonstrate significant rotation. Higher gradients are found in velocity and rotation fields on the edge of the shear band.
