Three altimeter data——Geosat/GM, ERS-1/35day and Topex/Poseidon, and two gravity recovery methods —— inverse Stokes formula with 2DFFT and along-track vertical deflection with 1D Hilbert Transform, are used in this section. The second method is developed independently by author on the basis of the Laplace's equation in Cartesian system.
