从所取得的研究成果看，本文主要有以下创新：一是对湖北省城乡经济差距从多个角度进行了量化比较，并客观分析了差距形成的原因；二是从湖北省统筹城乡经济发展的优势和劣势两个方面，对湖北省统筹城乡经济发展现状进行深入分析，得出湖北省统筹城乡经济发展的四个主要内容；三是明确提出壮大县域经济是湖北省统筹城乡经济发展的路径选择，路径实现的具体方式是要实行&六化&并举战略；四是分区域确立了湖北省城乡经济统筹发展的不同县域模式，并对每种模式进行了深入地分析，提出了相应的发展措施。

本文通过对温特模式的产业组织特点等相关知识的梳理，系统地阐述了温特模式的概念、特点和本质等内容，全面分析了其产业组织方式和产业经济效应；通过对我国汽车产业的现状分析，利用产业组织理论的&SCP范式&对我国汽车产业的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效进行深入剖析；通过与传统的&福特模式&和&丰田模式&的纵向比较分析，阐述了温特模式的产业竞争优势，基于此，对我国汽车产业组织优化的条件进行分析，系统地研究了产业组织优化的原则、路径选择、实现方式和实施措施，并最后得出了我国汽车产业组织优化的最佳路径就是温特模式的寡占结构的结论。

A search strategy based on switch group is devised in this paper, which enhances the efficiency and accuracy of search;establishing a fast ratiocinating fault restoration model which is based on EMS data, and adopting the search strategy to form the connecting relation of the equipments in the power system dynamically, so it is not necessary to do special maintenance to the system when the frame of the network changes;perfecting the fault restoration modules and ensure that the restoration scheme accords with the situation of locale and the operating regulations and the system is practical;adopting flow to check the security of all the restorable paths of the load island, which provides the gists to choose the restorable paths.
