Ray exam.Results 3 cases was missed diagnosing in X?ray exam.2 cases was missed in normal CT scan.every cases was displayed well in quasi scan.So quasi scan has great advantages in fracture fracture of joint,especially in anklebone.

结果：X线片诊断漏诊3例，常规轴位CT扫描漏诊2例，踝关节准冠状位CT扫描对20例骨折均显示良好，尤其对涉及关节面的骨折及有合并跟骨骨折者有明显优势。

Methods 29 cases were treated with calcaneum bone traction and small splinting,23 cases were treated with internal fixation,11 cases were treated with external fixation of Ilizarov.

结果：多层螺旋CT能清楚显示各型跟骨骨折，明确骨折线的走行、骨折片的数目，可发现X线平片不能看到的关节腔内骨折片，关节囊和软组织显示清晰。

Methods:the quantitative ultrasonography of calcaneum was tested in Tajiquan group,the aged group and the adult group and by enzyme immunoassay,the concentrations of T FT DGT AND SHBG were measured in the study.

通过测定太极拳组、老年对照组、成年对照组的跟骨超声参数及血清男性激素水平。

The difference between Taijiquan group and the adult control group is not significant.Conclusion:persistent Taijiquan exercise might be beneficial for preventing the loss of bone mass of calcaneum and reducing the risk of male hormone decrease in aged males with aging.

由此得出长期坚持太极拳锻练对保持和延缓老年男性跟骨骨量有积极作用，并能有效地延缓老年男性随龄增加的雄激素的下降趋势。
