结果显示：中年女性在行走时无论是在脚刚接触地面还是在离地时所用的力均大于老年女性；中年女性第一跖骨和足跟部位的肌肉活动和平衡能力控制优于老年女性；中年女性可以在身体其他部位运动的同时使踝关节产生更多的运动，并产生更大的水平力来确保压力中心处于支撑面范围内。
