Study on geometry theory and engagement characteristics of scroll profiles Aiming as the limitations of scroll profiles in existence, the whole characteristics and local characteristics of plane curve instinct equation were studied. Analyzed the equidistant curve of envelope principle, normal equidistant curve creating method and envelope equidistant curve creating method were gained.

针对现有表征方式的局限性和不足之处，从微分几何角度出发，研究了平面曲线固有方程的局部特性和整体特性，分析了通用涡旋型线等距曲线和包络原理，得到了法向等距曲线生成及包络法等距曲线生成方法，推导了通用涡旋型线的坐标变换方法，得到了通用涡旋型线的平面啮合理论。

The paper induces and analyzes research method of the tooth, including Method line of the tooth theory,Envlopment theory, Camus theory, Circling cluster theory and so on.Based on the past theories,the new measure to deduce the chain wheel tooth equation of roller chain at high speed,Circling cluster and envlopment theory,is proposed by analyzing basic concept of equidistant curve and Willis theory.Following the presentation of drawing lessons from traditional roller chainof the change of stanza line distance. A new type of roller chain at high speed is given in the paper.The paper studies deeply structural characteristics, the change of stanza line distance,separation between plank and bore and so on.According to design requst of roller chain at high speed and the study ofH_y--V_0 tooth chain,the impossibility that Quasi-conjugage engagement theory isrealized by the engagement of roller chain at high speed from the aspect of theory is decribed.

作者综述了高速滚子链国内外研究现状，并进行了以下研究工作：归纳分析了齿形法线法理论、包络法理论、卡姆士定理、圆族法理论等齿形研究方法，在此基础上，结合齿形啮合基本定律，分析了等距曲线的基本概念，提出了一种推导高速滚子链链轮齿廓方程的新方法—圆族包络法；在借鉴普通变节距滚子链的基础上，本文提出了一种新型的高速滚子链链条，深入研究了高速滚子链链条结构特性及其变节距、板孔中心分离等特性。

Quality of sliver forming is tested using Uster AFIS single fiber testing system under different integrated conditions for the rear hood of the card A186F equipped with back teeth guided flat with cotton web cleaner for the 3-step gauges and cotton web cleaner for 4-step wind throughput. Test shows that gauge excess small or excess large will result in poor quality of sliver forming.

为了研究棉网清洁器反齿导向盖板隔距大小和风量大小组合对生条质量的影响，采用Uster AFIS单纤维测试系统，对A186F梳棉机后罩板采用棉网清洁器的3档反齿导向盖板隔距和4档棉网清洁器风量，在不同组合条件下生产的生条质量进行了检测，检测结果显示，过大与过小的反齿导向盖板隔距对生条质量均有不利影响。

The commonly-used capacity calculation approaches for ramp junctions are mostly based on the American HCM method, It had been approved that the headways for vehicles following the Weibull distribution function at on-ramp junctions in urban freeway system. The paper examined the critical headway and following time by the modified drew method and the survey traffic flow data on-site. The gap-acceptance capacity calculating model was developed for on-ramp junctions of urban freeway, and the numerical integration method was used to solving the model. Finally, the capacity values were obtained in condition of different mainline design speeds and different acceleration lane lengths.

针对目前国内外匝道连接段通行能力计算以美国HCM为主的现状和不足，研究发现城市快速路入口匝道连接段车头时距服从Weibull分布规律，利用改进的Drew方法及实际现场调查交通流数据确定了临界车头时距和随车时距，建立了城市快速路入口匝道连接段通行能力的间隙接受计算模型，并利用数值积分法进行计算和求解，从而得到了主线不同设计速度及不同加速车道长度条件下的城市快速路入口匝道连接段可能通行能力值。
