The results show that: This tablet can decrease the rat"s footpad swell induced by Freud"s, inhibit the permeability of the blood capillary in inflammatory joint and decrease the 11-2 level in serum while increasing the rat"s body weight,(2) It can lower the rat"s temperature and the permeability of the blood capillary in inflammatory joint induced by collagen and inhibit the delayed type hypersensitivity,It can lower the stickiness of full blood and the accumulation of erythrocyte obviously inblood stasis model rats,lt can inhibit the formation of hemolysin and decrease the index of carbon granule clearance in mice, It can lower the permeability of celiac blood capillary and inhibit the granulomatous hyperplasia by sc cotton ,It can inhibit the pain induced by acetic acid and raise the pain threshold value of heat stimulation.

结果表明：关络通片能明显降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠左右足趾肿胀度，降低大鼠炎症关节的通透性，抑制其IL-2含量，对大鼠体重增长缓慢有一定的改善作用；能改善Ⅱ型胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的表征指标及炎症关节的通透性，对其迟发型超敏反应有一定的抑制作用；对血瘀模型大鼠，能显著性降低其全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积；能抑制小鼠的溶血素抗体生成，抑制小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬能力，具有一定的抑制机体免疫功能的作用，能抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高，抑制大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生，具有一定的抗炎作用；能抑制小鼠醋酸扭体反应、提高小鼠热板痛阈值，具有一定的镇痛作用。

BACKGROUND: Ghildren refractory clubfoot includes idiopathic multiple contracture, untreated idiopathic clubfoot in older children and failure cases of repeated operations. It is very difficult to treat this type of children patients.

背景：儿童顽固性马蹄内翻足包括先天性多发性关节挛缩症、未经治疗的大年龄儿童先天性马蹄内翻足及反复手术治疗失败的病例，对该类患儿的治疗目前仍非常棘手。

The necessity of the 3-dimensional modeling of the human foot-skeleton is discussed,and considering its characteristics such as being small and having complex shapes and a large quantity of bones and joints,the approach to the 3-dimensional finite element modeling of human foot-skeleton based on CT images with the thickness of 2 mm is studied.

Methods: From June 2002 to June 2007, 202 patients (298 feet) with congenital talipes equinovarus admitted in our hospital, and the operations such as the Achilles tendon lengthening+solution of soft tissue, the solution of metatarsus fascia, the Achilles tendon lengthening+cuboid bone osteoectomy or tibialis anterior tendon transfer, the Achilles tendon lengthening+talus excision, the Achilles tendon lengthening+fusion of trijoints+talus excision etc, were adoptted.

回顾性分析202例（298足）先天性马蹄内翻足患者的临床资料，根据患者的年龄、内翻足畸形和僵硬程度的不同分别采用跟腱延长+软组织松解、跖筋膜松解、跟腱延长+骰骨截骨或胫前肌外移、跟腱延长+距骨切除、跟腱延长+三关节融合+距骨切除等手术方式进行治疗。

The rate of excellent and good clinical results was 83.3％. Mild forefoot adduction was left in 2 feet of 2 cases and quite obvious tarsal articular ankylosis was found in 4 feet of 4 cases; however, there were no significant differences of gait and load bearing between these patients and normal children.

有2例2足遗留轻度前足内收畸形，4例4足有较明显的跗骨间关节僵硬，但其步态和负重力线均与正常儿童无明显差别。

Methods Fortythree cases of Itraarticular Fracture of the Calcaneus(46 feet) were treated with limited internal fixation with small incision and artificial bone implantation from June 2003 to June 2007.There were 34 male(37 feet) and 9 female(9 feet). 2003年6月—2007年6月作者采用微创小切口有限内固定联合人工骨植入的方法对43例46足跟骨关节内骨折进行治疗，其中男34例37足，女9例9足，术中运用跟骨外侧横行小切口，塌陷的跟骨后关节面复位后选用羟基磷灰石人工骨材料填充跟骨内空腔然后克氏针及螺钉固定。
