Focusing on the PGE enrichment mechanism in the basic-ultrabasic intrusions in the Panxi rift, firstly, through the interpretation of TM photograph, data processing of regional geochemical exploration and geophysical prospecting results of gravity, magnetic force and seism, we analyzed the controlling effect of structure and magmatic movement on the PGE mineralization; Secondly, through the study of volcanic apparatus, petrography, measurement of comprehensive geochemical section, isotope tracing and dating of typical PGE-rich melanocratic rock series, we discussed the sources of the PGE-bearing mafic-ultramafic intrusions and basalts, their timing, evolvement sequences, the geochemical processes of magma crystallization and fractionation, and the relationship between magma evolution and structural development; Finally, through the analysis of PGE and chalcophile elements concentrations in the melanocratic rock series and the contrastive study with the Noril''sk magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE sulfide deposit, its related continental flood basalts and Siberia Traps, we discussed PGE mineralization characteristics and its enrichment mechanisms in the melanocratic rock series in the Panxi rift.

本项目首先围绕川西地区主要的PGE矿床及伴生矿的地质环境和有关的地质构造背景，通过TM卫片解译、区域化探和重、磁及地震物探资料分析，总体把握构造及岩浆活动对PGE成矿的控制作用；然后通过对典型富PGE暗色岩套的火山机构地质构造、岩石岩相学、地球化学、同位素定年和示踪等方面的工作，分析本区基性－超基性含矿岩体与喷出岩之间的成岩物质来源、侵入时代及演化序列，研究该区同一岩浆房分异结晶的地球化学过程及其随构造发展的耦合关系；最后通过对暗色岩套PGE地球化学剖面分析以及与俄罗斯诺里尔斯克陆内裂谷溢流型玄武岩中PGE矿化的岩石－构造环境对比研究，探讨该区暗色岩套中的矿化特点和富集部位及其PGE富集机制。

The results of the ultrastructares of the glandular hairs show that there are a number of the plastids in which there are a big of osmiophilic substances in the secretory cells of the peltate hairs and then that there are much endoplasmic reticulum in the secretory cells of head hairs. The difference between them are with relation to the function.

In fact Liang Qichao held a transitionally historical view, which emphasized the fact that historical progress was an inevitable trend, and also Liang pointed out that interpretation of history relied on not only scientific means but the human intuition as well. Meantime, Liang insisted that the cultural accumulation was not merely a result of the development of material culture in the civilization. The method of his interpretation can probably help Chinese historians exceed the ideological restriction from Western historical ideas and avoid the extreme results from the interpretations of "modern" and "postmodern."

实际上，梁启超所采取的是一种过渡期的历史观，这种历史观既强调历史的进步是不可阻挡的一种趋势，又主张解释历史不能仅仅依赖于纯粹科学方法，而尚需运用直觉的手段，同时他又强调文化积淀而不仅仅是物质更新在文明演进中的作用，这样的阐释方法使我们有可能超越西方历史观对我们思维的长期制约，也可避免&现代&与&后现代&两种极端解释取向所造成的偏颇后果。

In different degree of saline and alkali conditions controlled in lab or under field, contents as followed were determined: the absorption, transportation and distribution of major cations Na~+, K~+, Ca~(2+and Mg~(2+) in indicator plant; organic solute, and antioxidase activities, including superoxide dismutase, catalase and peroxidase POD characteristics of individual, population and community of the plant. Responses of the indicator plant to environment from physiological to community aspects were systemically discussed in this document.(1 Vegetional characteristics and edaphic indicators including bare patch index, dry biomass, percent cover by perennial plants, growth indicators of Leymus chinensis, soil organic matter and pH were sensitive to saline-alkali grassland degeneration.

运用室内控制和野外试验相结合的方法，调查和测定在不同土壤盐碱条件、不同季节里，主要元素Na~+、K~+、Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)在植物体内吸收、运输和分布的变化状况；研究不同土壤离子浓度下，指示植物体内渗透调节物质——脯氨酸和糖类、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性等指标的变化响应情况；研究不同盐碱梯度下，植物个体、种群、群落的特征；系统的从生理生态角度探讨指示植物对盐碱环境的响应：(1)植被特征指标：裸地指数、生物量、多年生植物覆盖率；羊草生长状况指标：土壤有机质含量、pH可作为松嫩平原退化评价的指标。
