Quinclorac and allyl alcohol as raw materials, 3, 7-dichloro-8-quinolinoxylic acid allyl ester was obtained when catalyst is oil of vitriol or super solid acid SO〓/TiO〓. Using both catalysts, organic synthesis technology process was made respectively, and the ester was analyzed and characterized by IR spectrum and NMR spectrum Through experiment, both preparing conditions were optimized and discussed respectively.

以TiO〓为载体负载SO〓制备出固体超强酸催化剂，确定了SO〓/TiO〓催化剂制备的技术路线，以丙酸正丁酯为探针实验，考察了新型固体酸催化剂SO〓/TiO〓的催化活性及制备条件对催化活性的影响，对影响其催化效果的工艺条件进行了优化，并探讨了影响的规律性。

By series of in vitro tests, including DPPH radicals and hydroxyl radicals scavenging activity assays, reducing power test, anti-superoxide radicals assay, anti-human low density lipoprotein oxidation test, protections against hydroxyl radical- mediated DNA damages and peroxynitrite medialed dihydrohodamine oxidation, it was showed that TIs exhibited antioxidant and antiradical activities compared with positive controls.

藉由一系列抗氧化DHR123活性试验，如清除DPPH自由基、清除hydroxyl自由基、还原力的测定、清除超氧自由基的测定、抗低密度脂蛋白氧化、抑制peroxynitrite氧化和保护DNA氧化等研究，都显示TIs具有抗氧化活性。

The results showed that calcium nitrate treatment apparently slowed down the consenescence rate, made the flesh firmness higher than the control, elevated the activities of POD, SOD and CAT, retarded the ethylene production, reduced the soluble protein content, and declined the increased speed of electrical conductivity and LOX activity.

In order to understand the mechanism of anti-inflammatory effect of PA and carvacrol, the superoxide dismutase, glutahoine reductase, glutahoine peroxidase activities in liver and malondialdehyde , cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2), tumor necrosis factor-α levels were eveluated. 本研究首先以醋酸扭体试验评估左手香水抽提物及其活性成分香芹酚是否具有镇痛效果，以福马林舔足试验辨别其镇痛作用是在周边或是中枢，再以λ-角叉菜胶诱导小鼠足跖肿胀试验探讨其抗发炎作用，并分析其肝脏组织中的超氧歧化酶、麸胱甘肽还原酶、麸胱甘肽过氧化酶活性、发炎足跖组织中的脂质过氧化指标产物丙二醛、肿瘤坏死因子-α及环氧化酶-2之含量变化，观察诱导型一氧化氮合成酶及环氧化酶-2之蛋白质表现量，并将肿胀足跖做病理切片观察之，以探讨左手香水抽提物及香芹酚之抗发炎机转。

The results showed that hypergravity decreased Gr and Gi of wheat seeds in sour degree, but which can increase Gr and Gi of wheat seeds in salt stress. CAT activity and MDA content of wheat seedlings treated with hypergavity are better than that with 0.4% salt stress.
