为了探讨补脾益气对慢性疲劳运动大鼠肝糖原、肌糖原含量和自由基代谢的影响，将24只SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组、训练对照组、训练补脾组，经7周递增负荷跑台训练建立动物模型，检测定量负荷后肝糖原、肌糖原、血清丙二醛含量和血清超氧化物歧化酶的活性以及SOD/MDA值。
