以怀化产多穗柯为原料，采取乙醇为溶剂超声波辅助提取，以L9(3^4)正交试验方法优化总黄酮提取工艺，然后在该工艺条件下对自然存放时间不同、采摘季节不同、不同叶的多穗柯原料进行总黄酮含量的动态变化考察。
