In this work, the process of dextrinated lead azide in the plant of primary explosives of a research institute in Taiwan, was chosen as an example to review the application of inherently safer design, and through the HAZOP methodology, the hazard factors in the processes were identified and assessmented.

本文选定以国内某研究机构起爆剂工厂之糊精叠氮化铅制程为例，审视其运用本质较安全设计以消除及降低危害之情况，另以风险评估HAZOP分析方法，对制程各阶段之危害因素进行鉴认与评估。
