In this dissertation, GPS baseline solution precision is analyzed since the following aspects: 1, Different length baselines are processed and analyzed by single frequency model and ionosphere free model. 2, Basing on current single point positioning precision, certain coordinate error is added into fixed points to study the result. 3, Baseline is processed and analyzed with different observation vectors and their lineal combination models. 4, 24 hours observation was divide up to process baseline.

本文从以下几个角度研究了影响GPS基线解算精度的因素：1、采用单频和消电离层模式对不同长度的基线分别解算，对处理结果进行分析。2、根据目前单点定位精度给起始点加上适当的坐标偏差，研究起始点坐标偏差对基线处理结果的影响。3、选用不同的观测值及其线性组合，对基线解算结果进行研究。4、对24小时观测的数据分时段处理，分析观测时间段对基线处理结果的影响。

The simulation experiments of various kinds of electrode system under different pressure show that the gas inceptive when the gap is fixed, discharge voltage is proportional to the pressure; because the degree of uniformity of electrical field is different among the electrode systems, the changing trend of the inceptive discharge voltage with the pressure is unlikeness.

对各种电极在不同压力下进行模拟实验，实验表明：通常情况下，给定间隙，气体的起始放电电压随着压力的增大而增大；不同的电极系统，由于电场的均匀程度不同，起始放电电压随压力变化的趋势也不同。

Moreover, the test results are compared with the empirical correlations of reference literatures to verify the accuracy of present pool boiling experiment. The test results indicate the higher boiling incipience and lower CHF value for a new plain surface at first test run and slightly improvement at last two test runs.

结果显示平滑加热面有极高的沸腾起始过热度及明显的沸腾迟滞现象，而比较沸腾次数的实验发现，由於表面成核孔穴被活化的结果，后续实验的起始过热度明显降低许多，沸腾曲线亦向左偏移，且临界热通量也有些微增加。

The central issue of this paper is the study of DNA-binding proteins interacted with DNA replication origin. The paper presented here includes there parts which are related as well as independent of each other:(1). Identification and partially purification of DNA-binding proteins interacted with eukaryotic DNA replication origin;(2) Specific binding of Hela cell proteins to Samian Virus 40 replication origin with the cruciform structure (Stem-Loop structure);(3) The study of DNA-binding protein as a tumor marker.

本文对DNA结合蛋白的研究主要包括三个即有关联，又相对独立的方面：（1）猿猴肾脏细胞复制起始区DNA结合蛋白的鉴定和部分纯化；（2）Hela细胞中DNA结合蛋白对含茎环结构的SV40复制起始区DNA的特异性结合；（3）DNA结合蛋白做为肿瘤征兆物的研究。

The national defence basic project as background and the dynamic model of cotrolled transfer matrix for multiple launch rocket was created in order to reduce the initial disturbance of rocket projectile. The causes that affect the angle change of orientation locator were analyzed by the engineering system dynamic theory base on multibody system transfer matrix method. The simulation of dispersion for multiple launch rocket was implementation, and the affect law between the angle of elevation and side deflection and the control parameters was acquired. The control module was installed on the orientation locator of multiple rocket launcher to control the initial disturbance of rocket that provide new method and theory base and show the engineering system dynamic base on the multibody system transfer matrix method is effective.

本文以国防基础科研项目为背景，建立了通过控制定向器角运动来减小火箭弹起始扰动的多管火箭受控多体系统动力学模型，应用基于多体系统传递矩阵法的工程系统动力学理论，进行了定向器角度运动的影响因素分析，进行了受控多管火箭炮发射动力学和密集度数值仿真，得到了定向器俯仰和侧偏角控制参数对俯仰角和侧偏角的影响规律，为在火箭炮定向器上加装控制集成模块控制火箭弹的起始扰动和射击精度提供了新思路和理论基础，也表明了基于多体系统传递矩阵法的工程系统动力学理论的有效性。

The results show that perfect anatase nanocrystalline TiO2 can be obtained by SGRTSE method and the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 can be improved by doping and surface treatment. In the experimental system, the addings of proper salts are beneficial to the photocatalytic degradation of DBSNa. The pH value of solution, adding amount of TiO2, flow rate of air, and initial concentration are the main influence factors for the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange, and the apparent reaction order is pseudo-first-order, which could be described by Langmuir- Hinshelwood equation.
