GAFP showed strong resistance to Gibberella saubinetic, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Verticillium dahliae et al. The results demonstrated GAFP not only resisted the growth of metatrophic fungi but also inhibited some parasitic fungi.

研究发现，GAFP不仅对腐生性真菌有较强的抑制，而且对寄生性真菌如：小麦赤霉菌、杉木炭疽病菌和棉花黄萎病菌等均有较强的抑制作用。

Traditional phenotype classification,chemotaxonology and other ordinary bacteria taxonology were used to study the antagonistic bacterium preserved by the agricultural antibiotic laboratory of Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.Its morphological,cultural physiological,biochemical characteristics and chemotaxonomy were studied.The antagonistic bacterium is bacilliform,and its cell diameter is less than 1 micron;it is Gram positive;it.can form spore.

采用传统的表型分类、化学分类等一般细菌常用鉴定方法，对中科院成都生物所农抗组实验室保存的一株小麦赤霉菌拮抗菌株进行形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征等水平的鉴定，该细菌的细胞呈杆状，细胞直径小于1微米，革兰氏染色阳性，能形成芽孢，属于芽孢杆菌属。

The best one was compound 3d showing 100% inhibition of Pyricularia oryzae, Pellicularia sasakii, Fusarium oxysporum, Physalospora piricola and Gibberella zeae as well as 81% inhibition of Cercospora asparagagas at 50 mg/L.

结果表明部分化合物表现出良好的抑菌活性，其中以3d活性最好，在50 mg/L浓度时，对稻瘟菌、水稻纹枯菌、棉花枯萎菌、苹果轮纹菌及小麦赤霉菌的抑制率均达100%，对芦笋褐斑菌的抑制率亦达81%。

The best one was compound12g which exhibited 100% inhibition of Pyricularia oryzae, Pellicularia sasakii, Fnsarium oxysporum, Physalospora piricola and Gibberella zeae as well as 81% inhibition of Cercospora asparagagas.

其中以12g活性最好，对稻瘟菌、水稻纹枯菌、棉花枯萎菌、苹果轮纹菌及小麦赤霉菌的抑制率均达100％，对芦笋褐斑菌的抑制率亦达81％。

Compound 23 did not exhibit obvious inhibition of Rhizoctonia solani、Gibberella zeae、Botrytis cinereapers、Dothiorella gregaria、Fusarium oxysporium and Colletotrichum gossypii.

系列化合物23对水稻纹枯菌、小麦赤霉菌、黄瓜灰霉菌、苹果轮文菌、棉花枯萎菌、棉花炭疽菌无明显抑制活性。
