本文从构造评价、储层评价、断层封堵性评价、封闭史评价、含油性评价及剩余油评价等多方面研究和揭示复杂断块油藏和剩余油形成机制和分布规律，并利用地震资料叠后处理技术、多元综合标定技术、精细断块构造描述技术、储层预测技术、断层封堵分析技术、断块综合评价技术、剩余油综合分析与评价等技术对惠民凹陷复杂断块综合研究、描述和预测，形成一套配套新技术。

This article summarizes our experience on 1047 patients and discusses some relevant problems, including the diagnostic standards of adenoma size, surgery indications, the apoplexy operation, the re-operation for recurrent cases, management of complications, post-operation radiotherapy, and the anatomy of sphenoidal sinus and sellar area, hoping to improve the successful rate of the operation.

本文分析1047例患者的临床资料，总结临床经验，对与手术相关的一些问题（如垂体腺瘤的大小诊断标准、手术适应证、垂体卒中的经蝶手术、复发性垂体瘤再次经蝶手术、术后并发症的处理、术后放疗以及蝶鞍区重要解剖结构等）进行探讨，以提高手术成功率和疾病的治愈率。

Results:the incision complications of the 31 cases,include incision infection(12 cases),subincision fluid(11 cases),incision dehiscence(1 case),incision bleeding(1 case),subcutaneous congestion and hematoma(1 case),incisional hernia(2 cases), incision tumor implantation(1 case),and incision hyperplasia scar (2 cases).conclusions:it is important to prevent incision complications of lc from occuring by strict asepsis,reasonable incision selection,careful and standard technical operation,well anaesthetic coordination and resonable postoperotive treatment.

回顾1 650例lc发生切口并发症31例的临床资料。结果：31例中切口感染12例，切口下积液11例，切口裂开1例，切口出血1例，皮下淤血及血肿1例，切口疝2例，切口肿瘤种植1例，增殖性瘢痕2例。结论：严格的无菌技术，恰当的切口选择，细致和规范的技术操作，良好的麻醉配合和合理的术后处理是预防lc切口并发症的重要措施。

Methods Peripheral hepatic tamping of five cases with severe hepatic injury between Jan. 2000 and Jul. 2005 was retrospectively analyzed.

During the preresearch on the testing well location selection in the south of western depression, three kinds of process and research work have been done according to the log datum on Well Moushen:(1)Formation analysis and formation pressure evaluation which verdicts that formation under 5198.5m is not of Trias, whereas is still in Permian, and abnormal formation pressure phenomenon exists in Members 1 and 3-4 of Shahejie Formation;(2)Re-interpretation of oil and gas formation and evaluation of reserve formation;(3)Evaluation of oil source rock. Members 1 and 3-4 source rocks of Shahejie Formation have good capability of oil generation.

在东濮凹陷西洼南部探井选位的前期研究中，根据该井的测井资料情况，做了三方面处理和研究工作：①地层分析和地层压力评价，认为5198.5m以下的地层不是三叠系而仍是下第三系，沙一段和沙三段—沙四段存在高压异常；②重新解释油气层和评价储集层，在沙三段—沙四段发现6层12.87m厚可疑油层；③评价油源岩，认为沙一段和沙三段—沙四段油源岩具有较好的生油能力。

Based on volume model for the tuffaceous sands, educed the contentof shaly and tuffaceous parts with the optimization methods for logging interpretation, in theprocess of which the calculative method was changed, so that iterative speed was accelerated;Compared with the slice analysis, the result calculated had the similar value and trend.
