METHODS: According to UC diagnostic code, 232 cases of UC were collected from 4994 cases diagnosed by colonoscope over 18 years.

按照UC诊断标准，回顾18年中4994次结肠镜检出的232例UC内镜资料，进行分析与统计学处理。

Objective To study diagnosis morbidity and trends of fatty liver disease in Zhongshan City,try to analysis risk factors of fatty liver disease by logistic regression and further explore prevention and control measures.Methods To know the diet and past history of disease,and measurements of height,weight,blood pressure,blood lipid,uric acid,glucose,insulin,liver function,hepatic distomiasis,liver B ultrasonic inspection etc.Collected 11,956 adults clinical information in Boai Hospital of Zhongshan City from 2003 to 2005.To discuss by medical and statistical processing.

目的 调查、分析我市城镇成年人群脂肪肝的患病率、发展趋势，同时试对脂肪肝危险因素进行Logistic回归分析，以进步探求防治措施方法通过询问病史、生活史及既往史，测量身高、体重、血压，检测血脂、血尿酸、血糖、胰岛素、肝功能、华支睾吸虫抗体、肝脏B超等，收集2003～2005年连续3年来在我科健康普查的11956名成人的临床资料，进行临床医学统计处理和分析。

The rate is 28.5 percent of abnormal liver function in fatty liver disease,drinking,obesity,high triglyceride,high cholesterol,diabetes and the sugar tolerance unusual,hyperuricaemia,hypertension,hepatic distomiasis,all are the risk factors for fatty liver disease.

通过询问病史、生活史及既往史，测量身高、体重、血压，检测血脂、血尿酸、血糖、胰岛素、肝功能、华支睾吸虫抗体、肝脏B超等，收集2003～2005年连续3年来在我科健康普查的11956名成人的临床资料，进行临床医学统计处理和分析。

Methods : Clinical data of 68 patients undergoing pancreato- duodenectomy in our hospital from January 2002 to December 2007 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.

Study on the driving forces of land use/cover temporal-spatial change. On the basis of the systematical study on natural and social-ecomic factors including climate, population, technology and affluence status etc. during the past 50 years in this area, the multivariate statistics simulation models of LUCC were developed for two periods of 1950's-1980's and 1986-2000 respectively. Then, the Thiesson polygon method was used to the spatial allocation of soci-economic factors, thereby the spatial relationship between land use degree change and socieconomic factor variation was detected within GIS. Based on the analysis of the integrative characters in different geographical divisions, the electivity index was employed to describe the possible impacts of the natural landscape structure on spatial differentiation of land use transition. At last, correlation analysis between major roads and the distribution of land use change was made.

分析近50年气候资料和人文因子在不同年代的变化特点，系统地研究了气温和降水等自然因子和人口、农牧业发展、经济状况等人文因子对区域土地利用变化的影响；从时间序列的角度分析了50年代至80年代初和80年代中期至2000年两个时段土地利用／土地覆被变化的驱动因子，在相关分析的基础上，分时段建立了区域土地利用／覆被变化的自然-人文影响统计诊断模型；针对不同经济类型区选择典型县，分析近15年土地利用变化外在人文驱动力的区域相似性和差异性；尝试以THIESSEN多边形方法进行社会经济统计数据的空间化处理，探讨了土地利用程度变化与人文因素变化的空间相关关系；以优先指数模型和土地利用类型转化率与距交通干线距离的相关模型分析了景观自然与人文结构对土地利用空间转化过程的影响。

In preliminary diagnosis system, apparent clinical symptoms were broken into seven parts in terms of general, skin/body, respiratory, digestive/excretive, locomotive/nervous, reproductive, and attack age. Users could choose symptoms what they observed in this list. The system calculated accordingly and summed up weighted value in different symptoms of individual diseases, and showed top ten possible diseases sorted by sum of weighted value. The report also could show belief percentage of top ten possible diseases by a pie chart and illustrate the basis and reasons of inference.

牛病初步诊断系统依临床症状分为一般、皮肤/躯体、呼吸、消化/排泄、运动/神经、繁殖及主要发病年龄层等七类，使用者可在表单上勾选观察到的病徵，系统即可根据每个症状在不同疾病中之加权值进行计算，依加权总分之高低列出前十名可能发生之疾病，并以圆饼图方式呈现前十名可能疾病之信赖比率及说明推论此疾病之依据与理由，使用者可得到疾病的相关资料与处理建议，协助使用者了解该疾病，以便进一步采取因应措施。

资料与方法对 2 3例经上胃肠道钡餐造影和胃镜检查诊断为胃肿瘤的患者行多层螺旋CT容积扫描，分别以多平面重建技术、3DCT技术(包括SSD和RaySum)和CT仿真胃镜技术进行后处理。

In addition, this paper analysis a engineering example which refer to the treatment of soft foundation at east part of Hainai express way. The rusults of the calculation and the field observation are in good agreement, which shows that the analysis model is good.
