Along with time fast vicissitude, the former information is not easy the seal society which circulates, gradually transforms the open society which the information explodes. All information could get by information science and technology. For example, the television, broadcast or Internet and so on.But so huge information quantity has surpassed the limit which the people brains can process.Therefore, how to avoid "GIGO", needs to depend on the information science and technology to solve. Data Mining is a very good method. The goal is extracts particular and useful information or knowledge of users from huge data. And data mining may divide into very variously, this paper is does take "Sequential Pattern" as the research subject.

随著时代的快速变迁，以往资讯不易流通的封闭性社会，逐渐转变成资讯爆炸的开放性社会，所有的资讯，皆可由电视、广播或是网际网路等资讯科技来获得，但如此庞大的资讯数量，已超出了人们头脑所能处理的极限，所以如何避免「GIGO」，需要靠资讯科技的技术来解决，「资料探勘」即是其中一个，目的就是要从巨量的资料量中，粹取出使用者所特定、渴望的资讯或知识，而资料探勘可分为很多方面，本篇论文是以「序列型样」来做为研究的主题。

We used some analysis methods of harmonic analysis, tide change, non-tide change and filter and so on to process the observation data of GS15-NO215 gravimeter from 2003 to 2007 in Yinchuan station.

应用调和分析、潮汐变化、非潮汐变化及滤波等分析方法，对银川台GS15-NO215型重力仪2003~2007年的观测资料进行了处理，分析了银川台数字化重力资料的观测质量及年变周期的特点。

The theory and application is explained in this paper. Software XMGREDIT5 matching ELCIRC is used to generate unstructured grid, and is considered fit for ocean but rivers. Tidal current is simulated and validated well, and sensitivity of current structure to bathymetry is visible. Affection of wind is qualitatively analyzed here. At the same time the model is improved on as required, like the tidal open boundary which could choose not only long period harmonic constant but also short period harmonic constant and tidal level, and multi-point results and flow field data could be exported effectively with binary results.

本文介绍了ELCIRC的理论及使用；基于其在Linux平台下的软件XMGREDIT5生成全三角形网格并评价其特性，认为XMGREDIT5较适合大范围海域而不适用于河道；应用ELCIRC模型计算了长江口的潮流场并进行验证，结果与实测资料吻合良好，且能较好地模拟出地形变化对水流结构的影响；文中对于风场的影响作了定性分析，同时根据实际需要对模型作了改进，如将仅支持长期资料调和常数的开边界条件改为可选择的短期调和常数边界和潮位边界，使二进制格式结果文件数据输出可以处理多点数据及流场等等。

方法回顾分析我院1999年3月至2006年12月42例获得完整随访资料的行外科手术或介入处理的42例肝硬化脾功能亢进患者的临床资料，其中外科切除组19例，部分性脾栓塞组23例，比较观察两组术后第3、7、14、30天及1年的外周血象主要指标(RBC、WBC、PLT)、术后1个月及1年的NK细胞活性、术后住院时间、住院费用及并发症的发病率。
