The members of all the district economy organization make the inner-reginal trade,the movement of elements,the speed of economy increasing constantly because of the advantages of arens, resources andmutual supplements of economy structures, Meantime,the members, who is not in the exclusivism andtrade protectionism, So china must make strong economic relationship between the countries ane areas nearby in order to develop the economy stably and taking eonomic cooperation and join the system of inter-reginal economy cooperation.

随着世界经济呈现出区域化、集团化的趋势，区域经济圈在世界经济中所占的地位也在逐步提高，各区域经济组织成员由于地缘、资源优势、经济结构互补等原因，使得区域内部的贸易、要素流动、经济增长速度不断增加，同时，对于区域经济组织外的非成员则不可避免地造成排外主义及贸易保护主义。

All these principles have showed the potentiality of the concrete content, the universality of the arrange, the entirety of mutual coordination, the commonness among members, the instructiveness through the overall situation, the validity of the restriction effect, the flexibility without leaving the principles and the expansibility of establishing the procedure.

一、世贸组织基本原则的主要内穿1。最惠国待遇原则最惠国待遇原则意味着一成员平等地对待其他成员，在不同成员间实施非歧视待遇。世贸组织的最惠国待遇是多边的、无条件的，即一成员方将在货物贸易、服务贸易和知识产权领域给予任

Many official international bodies have been formed through the years to facilitate trade and to solve pressing problems, for example:(1) to provide a means for discussing and addressing grievances among nations, e.g., United Nations;(2) to formulate rules and procedures for commercial and other interactions between countries, e.g., Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, United Nations Commission for Trade and Development, European Economic Community;(3) to supervise and monitor global monetary and related affairs, e.g., International Monetary Fund;(4) to assist in planning and financing development projects, e.g., International Bank for Reconstruction and Development; and (5) to offer direct aid, e.g., as offered by various regional development banks around the world.

The most distinguishing feature of WTO dispute settlement,in contrast to systems in other regimes,is that a finding of violation can lead to a trade sanction if the scofflaw government does not comply .it is somewhat ironic that the trading system, which ostensibly favors trade,is so willing to undo the benefits of trade through authorized trade retaliation.

与其它体制系统相比，世贸组织争端解决机制最显著的特点是如果有政府无视并不遵守相关规定，该机制则要找到其违规行为，从而实施贸易制裁。表面看来，贸易体系为贸易提供便利，不会授权实施贸易报复使贸易受损，这是很具讽刺意味的。

Top office bearers of the AIOCD affiliated traders organizations' in South India from the states of Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhr a Pradesh and Pondicherry had met in Chennai two days ago to take stock of the situation.
