因此我们对30具尸体，共60例尸体的上肢进行肘正中静脉的解剖观察，现报告如下。1材料和方法1·1材料成年尸体的双侧上肢，男21具，女9具，共60侧，经福尔马林浸泡、防腐、固定，无手术瘢痕及外观畸形。1·2方法从肘横纹下5cm沿静脉走向剥离，暴露至和贵要静脉交汇处。

结果： 从肘正中静脉穿刺置管20例，成功16例，从肘贵要静脉穿刺置管90例，成功84例，从肘头静脉穿刺置管3例，成功1例。

Results: Over 50% cephalic vein patients had complications, about 30% of whose tubes were pulled out in halfway. Less than 10% basilic vein patients had complications, and about 90% of them completed the treatment plan. Two jugular external vein cases had the catheters taken off because of the inappropriate fixing.

结果：头静脉病人＞50%出现并发症，其中30%出现中途拔管；贵要静脉＜10%出现并发症，90%完成治疗计划；颈外静脉2例因固定不妥导致导管脱出。

Objective By comparing the applications of catheter insertion via external jugular vein and basilic vein, provide clinic foundation for that external jugular vein is the best choice of peripherally inserted central venous catheter operation.
