质量作用

There are 8.6%~10.91% foreign matter in the sphenes, in which radioactive elements of strontium, cesium and uranium range from 4.26% to 4.58%. The change of structural cell parameters of sphenes is still very little,Δa=-0.0009 nm~0.0041 nm,Δb=0.0018 nm~0.0004 nm,Δc=0.0002 nm~0.0048 nm,Δβ=-0.10°~0.09° with high crystallinity of 99.27%~96.46%. Though, the age of sphene from the Fenghuang Mountain is about 1000 Ma, and experienced 775 Ma~1758 Ma geological evolvement and alpha decay, its crystallinity only decreased 3%, and its crystal shape and structure are still fine, indicating that sphene is of good ability to solidify radioactive elements. Therefore, sphenes are ideal minerals for solidifying nucleus waste.

通过对北祁连牛心山变质杂岩体中榍石(775Ma)和山西凤凰山花岗岩中榍石(1758Ma)的XRD及EDS等测试与研究，结果表明：两地榍石的杂质元素质量分数高达8.6%~10.91%，放射性核素锶、铯和铀的质量分数达4.26%~4.58%；晶胞参数的变化极小，△a=-0.0009nm~0.0041nm、△b=0.0018nm~0.0004nm、△c=0.0002nm~-0.0048nm、△β=-0.10°~0.09°，结晶度仍高达99.27%~96.46%，榍石经过10×10^8a的地质作用，结晶度仅减少了3%，显示榍石固化放射性系列核素的能力较强，虽经历了约775Ma~1758Ma的复杂地质演化及其所含放射性核素的衰变作用，其晶体结构完好，稳定性极高，是值得期待的理想核废物固化矿物。

Result The results showed that 34 compounds of the volatile oil were identified, which accounted for 90.10% of all. The main chemical compounds were camphene (10.030%), beta-pinene (8.826%), limonene (7.935%), caryophyllene (12.457%). The antibacterial experiments of the volatile oil showed that the volatile oil had antibacterial activities to Staphylococcus aureus, but had no inhibition against Escherichia coil and Rhodotorula glutinis.

结果］经毛细管色谱分析分离，共确认出其中34种成分，所鉴定出化学成分的质量占总量的90.10%以上，应用色谱峰面积归一法分析各成分的质量分数，其主要化学成分是莰烯(10.030%)、-β-蒎烯(8.826%)、柠檬油(7.935%)、丁子香烯(12.457%)；并发现其化学成分对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑制作用，对大肠杆菌、红酵母无明显作用。

废水中烷烃质量浓度低，烷烃降解菌不能发挥其高效的降解作用，丁二腈质量浓度较大，降解效果明显，9h降解率可达到100%；腈纶废水经混合菌9h处理后，田氏去除率仅为29%，说明实际废水是个很复杂的体系，仅依靠个别高效菌株难以达到理想的整体处理效果，必须构建更多种类的具有协同作用的高效菌群，才能在实际应用中取得满意的结果。

The results showed that molecular weight of malate dehydrogenase was 69 kDa which included two subunits with the molecular weight was about 34 kDa. The optimal pH, temperature and Km were 8.0, 50℃ and 84. 6μmol/L (oxaloacetic acid, pH 8.3), respectively.

结果表明：荧光素浓度大于1.55×10－5mol·L－1时，随着浓度增大，荧光猝灭作用增强；酸度对荧光猝灭作用有明显作用，PH值小于8.5时，随着PH值升高而减弱，PH值大于8.5时，随着PH值升高而增强；温度对荧光猝灭作用呈线性关系，温度升高，荧光猝灭作用减弱；重金属离子对荧光猝灭有显著的作用，是影响眼底血管造影质量的重要因素。

This paper deals with and summarizes the research and importance of ductile shear zones and presents the future direction and aim for the research of the ductile shear zones around the world. Four aspects of studies of the ductile shear zones have been proposed in this paper as follows:(1) The stress environment including the mineral assemblages, deformation, stress-shearing parameters;(2) The major element sequence and activation under condition of stress;(3) The variations of trace elements and REE, their transportation distributions under strong natural deformation as well as variations of mineral crystal parameters, which can also control the element changes during the ductile deformation;(4) The relationship between element migrations, activation and stress, which will present the new evidences for the studies of dynamic diagenesis and mineralization as well as the studies of evolution of ductile shear zones developed in middle and low levels.(5) The analysis of elements and isotopes in mylonites on the micro-scale are crucial for the understanding of component migrations during the mylonization.

对韧性剪切带及其变形岩石的研究现状和研究意义进行系统的综述，提出了未来韧性剪切带及其糜棱岩的研究方向和目标：①系统研究糜棱岩中主要造岩矿物组合及其变形特征，计算剪切变形岩石的应力－应变参数，搞清韧性剪切带所处的应力应变环境；②系统研究韧性剪切带岩石在天然分强剪切应力作用条件下常量元素迁移机制及活化转移的应力排序问题；③系统研究剪切变形作用过程中岩石化学组成的微量和稀土元素变化，讨论强变形条件下岩石中微量元素活化和迁移规律，深入探讨微量元素迁移的动力控制，包括稀土元素配分变化的应力制约以及应变矿物晶格化学变化行为及其对其寄主的变形岩石元素在应变过程中迁移变化的制约和影响；④从理论上探讨天然强剪切应变条件下岩石中组分活化、转移与应力的因果联系，为深入探讨韧性剪切带动力成岩作用提供理论的科学依据，为探讨中、下地壳中韧性剪切带的形成和演化提供科学依据，同时为韧性剪切变形作用条件下成岩、成矿地球化学作用提供理论和实验依据；⑤现代分析技术如激光同位素原位分析以及激光ICP-MASS分析技术对研究变形域内的岩石的元素和同位素的活化迁移规律，对深刻揭示糜棱岩化过程中的元素活化迁移机制提供更高质量的地球化学证据具有重要的作用。

本文结合对原有文献及笔者身边的案例的研究，分析了企业质量控制的影响因素，研究了企业文化对企业质量控制的作用机理，并以会计师事务所为例，阐述了企业文化与企业质量控制的相互作用，指出企业要建设以质量为导向的企业文化必须结合企业自身特点及行业要求，对企业文化的三大结构要素，即精神文化、制度文化及行为文化进行重塑，使之充分体现企业以质量为导向的文化宗旨。

Results showed that the activity of soil poly-phenol oxidases and acid phosphatase, and soil respiration were suppressed by Starane at 0.5 and 5 mgkg^(-1) dry soil, respectively, during the first several days of experiment, but were slight promoted thereafter. In contrast, treatment with Starane at 50 mgkg^(-1) stimulated at the beginning of experiment but inhibited following that time the activity of soil poly-phenol oxidases and acid phosphatase and soil respiration. Activity of urease was stimulated at the beginning but inhibited in the following days by Starane at 0.5 and 50 mgkg^(-1) dry soil, respectively. However, the pattern of stimulation of urease activity at first several days of experiment followed by reduction to the basil level was observed. With respect to invertase, its activity was constantly depressed in the presence of Starane.

结果表明使它隆在0.5mgkg^(-1)和5mgkg^(-1)质量分数时对土壤多酚氧化酶、酸性磷酸酶和呼吸强度的影响为轻微抑制－激活－恢复稳定的趋势，50mgkg^(-1)质量分数时为轻微激活－抑制－恢复稳定的趋势；使它隆在0.5mgkg^(-1)和50mgkg^(-1)质量分数时对土壤脲酶活性的影响为激活-恢复稳定的趋势，5mgkg^(-1)时则处于抑制－激活的趋势；各质量分数的使它隆浓度对土壤蔗糖酶和土壤全酚均为抑制作用，且质量分数越大抑制越强烈。
