In the discovery in investigation, a few units are right the hardware of the product -- namely the exterior of the product and immanent quality take seriously quite, the solid material that notices to improve a product measures; and the software to the product -- namely quality management and quality guarantee system take seriously insufficient, more perfect without implementation file turns management.

在调查中发现，一些单位对产品的硬件——即产品的外观和内在质量比较重视，注重提高产品的实物质量；而对产品的软件——即质量治理和质量保证体系重视不够，没有实现较完善的文件化治理。

Phase 1 started with field pea followed by spring wheat whereas phase 2 started with spring wheat followed by field pea.The objectives of this thesis are:1 to quantitatively analyze effects of soil chemical,physical and biological properties on soil quality and productivity under different tillage systems and the driving factors for the changes of soil quality under tillage in a long-term,2 to select the best soil quality assessment indicators,and 3 to establish soil quality assessment models that are suitable for the erodible environment of semi-arid region on the Loess Plateau.

通过分析3个轮作周期不同耕作方式下土壤理化性质、生物性质和生产力对土壤质量的影响，阐明长期耕作过程中土壤质量的演变特征及其驱动因子，筛选出适宜于黄土高原半干旱区侵蚀环境下土壤质量评价的代表性指标；并综合前人的研究，结合区域特点，建立适宜于黄土高原半干旱区侵蚀环境的土壤质量评价模型。

In 2004, Acer digital technology VOIP terminal equipment in the Canton Post ASTRI compatibility testing of the indicators are very good; in August 2004, Acer ADSL terminal equipment into the company through a strict CE certification, obtained in license permits the sale of the European Union.

Based on the data of aerosol chemical compositions obtained at WMO GAW (World Meteorological Organization Global Atmospheric Watch) station in eastern China－Lin'An regional background air pollution monitoring station, two methods (referred as Malm method and Stelson method) that were described by Malm (Malm et al.,1994) and Stelson (Stelson and Seinfeld, 1981) were used to study the mass closure of sampled aerosols.

本文通过在WMO GAW 区域大气本底污染监测站－临安大气本底污染监测站采集的气溶胶样品的化学成分的分析结果，分别用Malm（1994）和Stelson（1981）提出的方法（分别记为Malm方法和Stelson方法）重建气溶胶质量浓度，并与称重获得的质量浓度进行对比，发现虽然Stelson和Malm方法所考虑的物质组成及所使用的化学成分个数并不相同，其计算结果略有差异，但总的来说两种方法都能较好的反映绝大部分的气溶胶质量，在实际应用中可以根据所分析的化学成分数据情况和研究的目的采用不同的质量重建方法。

The stratified flow, slug flow and asymmetry annular flow upstream become symmetry annular flow with uniform film thickness after the spin generating element. The liquid extraction ratio is only determined by the diameter and number of the sampling holes and independent of gas and liquid flow rate of the main pipe, and the gas extraction ratio is mainly controlled by the liquid flow rate of the main flow loop.
