The HPLC methods for analysis of N--ribitylxylidine and N-methyl glucamine were established. After optimizing the operation conditions, the principal product and main impurities were well separated. And they were determined by LC-MS. The operation condition of N--ribitylxylidine is, columniation temperature is 30℃, flow rate is 0.7mL/min, UV wave is 244nm, the mobile phase is methanol: water=40: 60 .

首次建立了对葡甲胺和核糖胺的高效液相色谱分析方法，通过对色谱操作条件的优化，成功分离了主产物和杂质，在此条件下，应用液相色谱-质谱联用仪对糖基胺及生成杂质进行了指派定性，并测定了两种糖基胺及其主要杂质的含量，获得了满意的结果。

The main study of this dissertation is shown as follows.1.Two new amphiphilic steroid derivatives(N-cholesteryl succinyl glucosamine, CSG and N-deoxycholyl glucosamine,DCG) were designed and synthesized.Their chemical structures have been confirmed by means of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry,Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometry and Mass Spectrometry.

Personality traits were evaluated by Eysency Personality Questionnaire that was compiled by Eysency and revised by Gong. Standard scores of Psychoticism, Extraversion and Neuroticism were calculated, and taking 50 points as a boundary. Each dimension was assigned into 2 grades non-psychotic type (P0) psychotic type (P≥50), introversion type (E0), extraversion type (E0), non-nervous type (N0) and nervous type (N≥50). 5 mL ulnar vein blood was obtained without adding decoagulant, and then serum was removed. Genome DNA was extracted from blood clot by conventional chloroform for PCR analysis. PCR product was sequenced by pyrophosphoric acid. SNP was determined by PSQ96 MA sequenator. Allele frequency was analyzed by mass spectrometry.

The essential oil was extracted by the water streem distillation . And the components of the essential oil from Sonchus brachyotus were identified by GC-MS. Result: 36 components were identified and represented 89.49% of the peak of the essential oil.

This paper determined the olfactory respones of Tetranychus viennensis to different plants odors with "Y" olfactometer and petri-dish, volatiles from leaves of different plants were absorbed with SPME and analyzed with GC-MS (gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer). At the same time, the effects of different host plants on the development of Tetranychus viennensis were determined by means of the leaf-dish rearing method , in addition, the contents of some chemicals in the leaves of different plants were also determined.
