十一、只要承运人或船长认为适当，或当货物被运到船只不应停靠的港口或地方，特别是当与以上规定的船舶卸货港和货物目的地不符时，承运人可不必通知，但应由自己承担费用，在装货前或后将全部或部分货物转运至原装运港口，或任何其他地方，即使不在航程内或不在通往卸货港或目的地来往航线上，用水路、陆路或航空，或其任何联运方式，不论是由承运人或其他人运作，也不论是在船被期待用于货物运输前或后离开或抵达或安排离开或抵达。
