6 If, during the warranty period specified in Clause 14 and as a result of inspection by the Administration or otherwise, it is found that the quality or specifications of the Goods are not in conformity with the Contract or if the Goods are proven to be defective for any reason, including latent defects or the use of unsuitable materials, the Buyer shall promptly notify the Seller of the existence of a claim.

如果在合同条款第14条规定的保证期内，根据检验检疫局的检验结果，发现货物的质量或规格与合同要求不符，或货物被证实有缺陷，包括潜在的缺陷或使用不合适的材料，买方应及时向卖方提出索赔。

7 If, during the warranty period specified in GCC Clause 18 and as a result of inspection by the Administration or other organization, otherwise, it is found that the quality or specifications of the Goods are not in conformity with the Contract or if the Goods are proven to be defective for any reason, including latent defects or the use of unsuitable materials, the Purchaser shall promptly notify the Supplier of the existence of a claim.

8.7 如果在合同条款第18条规定的保证期内，根据检验检疫局或其他机构的检验结果，发现货物的质量或规格与合同要求不符，或货物被证实有缺陷，包括潜在的缺陷或使用不合适的材料，买方应及时向卖方提出索赔。

3 Should the quality and specifications of the goods be not in conformity with contract, or should the goods prove defective within the warranty period stipulated in Clause 14 for any reason, including latent defect or the use of unsuitable materials, the Buyer shall arrange for a survey to be carried out by the Administration, and have the right to claim against the Seller on the strength of the CIQ.

15.3 如果货物的质量和规格不符合合同，或货物在条款第14条规定的保修期内，不管任何原因证明有缺陷，包括潜在的缺陷或使用不合适的材料，买方应安排行政机构进行调查，并有权由出入境检验检疫局向卖方索赔。

B. Within the Warranty period stipulated in Clause 16 hereof, should the quality and/or specification of the contract goods be found not in conformity with the contracted stipulations, or should the contract goods prove defects for any reasons attributive to the seller, including latent defect or the use of unsuitable materials, the buyer shall have the right to claim against the seller on the strength of the inspection certificate issued by the bureau.

在本合同第16条规定的保证期内，如发现合同货物的质量及/或规格与本合同规定不符或发现合同货物无论任何由于卖方的原因引起的缺陷或使用不良的原料，买方有权凭检验检疫局出具之检验证书向卖方索赔。
