At the ARF Bookish Assembly hosted by Secretary General Huang Chin-ying on May 15, Mr. Chin Ken-pa presented the first report on the book Leviathan authored by Thomas Hobbes, a 17th Century British thinker. In the book he stated that natural state of man ended because of transfer of rights. The book also explored the building of a nation, the status of sovereign and how to protect natural rights.

5月15日的读书会在黄晋英秘书长主持下，第一场由曾庆豹先生报告《利维坦》，为17世纪英国政治思想家霍布斯所著，书中论述「人」的自然状态因「让渡权利」而结束、探讨国家的形成与主权者的地位，并思辨如何维护自然权利。

作者描述漂亮的奴隶Fikre，他写道：她的屁股瘦的像非洲豹一样，皮肤像一片裂开的煤，光一照几乎就成了银色。
