RESULT: In vitro, TISE at the concentrations of 760 and 380 mgL-1 had significant antagonistic effect on the normal bronchus slice contraction caused by histamine as well as on the sensitized bronchus slice contraction caused by egg albumin, but had no effect on the contraction caused by acetylcholine. in vivo, TISE at doses of 25 and 18 mgkg-1 could significantly prolong the latent period of expiratory dyspnea, tic and falling down caused by egg albumin in sensitized guinea pigs.

结果：离体实验，TISE 760，380 mgL-1对组胺致正常豚鼠气管片的收缩具有对抗作用，对卵白蛋白所致的致敏豚鼠支气管平滑肌收缩有极显著的抑制作用(P＜0.01)，而对乙酰胆碱所致气管片收缩无明显影响；整体实验，TISE 25，18 mgkg-1可显著延长卵白蛋白所致的致敏豚鼠呼吸困难、抽搐和跌倒的潜伏期(P＜0.01)。

Morphological and flourescent changes were assessed using confocal microscopy in whole-mount organ of Corti preparations. Results (1) After the animals were exposed to broadband noise at 122 dB SPL in 4 h/day for 2 days, both apoptosis and necrosis appeared in OHCs. The single strand DNA in apoptotic OHCs were observed both in guinea pigs and mice.(2) In normal OHCs, EndoG was distributed outside of nuclei. EndoG translocated from outside to inside of the nuclei in both apoptotic and necrotic OHCs following noise exposure.(3) The MNNG cochlear perfusion and noise exposure both caused the transloctation of AIF from the mitochondria to the nuclei. The translocation of AIF took place in both apoptotic and necrotic OHCs.

结果 (1)暴露于120 dB SPL的白噪声环境中每天4小时，连续2天后引起豚鼠和小鼠耳蜗外毛细胞凋亡时，其细胞核内产生ssDNA，而在正常细胞内没有三ssDNA；（2）在正常情况下，EndoG分布于耳蜗毛细胞的细胞核外，在暴露于上述噪声后发生凋亡和坏死的豚鼠耳蜗外毛细胞中，EndoG从细胞核外转移到细胞核内，细胞核中的EndoG显著增加；（3）豚鼠耳蜗外淋巴灌流烷化剂MNNG后发生耳蜗外毛细胞凋亡和坏死，在凋亡和坏死的耳蜗外毛细胞中，AIF自线粒体转移到细胞核，其变化与噪声损伤引起耳蜗外毛细胞凋亡和坏死时一致。

Results Wenshen Kechuan Tablets could significantly prolong the cough latent period and cough times within 3 min and increase phenol red secretion from trachea in cough model induced by ammonia water. Wenshen Kechuan Tablets could significantly prolong the asthma latent period and relieve spasm in guinea pigs with histamine-acetylcholine-induced asthma, prolong spasm latent period and reduce shock attack and lung overfall volume in guinea pigs with ovalbumin-induced asthma.

结果 温肾咳喘片可显著延长氨水致咳小鼠的引咳潜伏期、减少3 min内的咳嗽次数，增加小鼠气管段酚红排泌量，明显延长组胺－乙酰胆碱致敏豚鼠的引喘潜伏期、减少抽搐动物数，延长卵白蛋白致喘豚鼠抽搐潜伏期和减少跌倒休克豚鼠数，减少卵白蛋白致敏麻醉大鼠的肺溢流量。

Methods Guinea pigs suffering from SOM were divided into three groups randomly, 6 for each group. 结果 经过 10 5d实验饲喂，豚鼠脱毛现象明显好转，未继续出现脱毛现象，体重明显增长，而且喂食羊草的豚鼠比喂食稻草的豚鼠显著；饲喂苜蓿草粉含量高的全价颗粒饲料的豚鼠，体重增长明显，而且脱毛恢复的较快或未出现脱毛现象。
