This thesis firstly analyzed the hard-seed forming process during the seeds development of Medicago falcata L. and Lespedeza davurica Schindler; then a feeding experiment with sheep, chicken and quail was conducted to investigate germination percentage change of 6 legume species seeds after ingestion. The results showed:(1)During the seeds development of M.falcata L.

本文首先以黄花苜蓿、兴安胡枝子为研究对象，分析了种子发育过程中硬实的形成过程；继而以羊、鸡和鹌鹑为饲喂对象，比较了 6 种豆科种子饲喂动物前后的发芽率变化，探讨了野生动物采食对硬实形成的作用。

Medicago falcata L. is a perennial herb in leguminosae. There are many excellent characteristics which are cold and drought resistance, salt tolerance, windy and dusty resisting, leanness tolerance and diseases and pests resisting.

黄花苜蓿是豆科苜蓿属多年生草本植物，具有抗寒、抗旱、耐盐碱、耐风沙、耐贫瘠，抗病虫害等优良特性。

The families of Leguminosae and Gramineae had their own chemical characteristics,while other families chemical characteristics were not clear.

其中，禾本科、豆科植物分别具有其明显的化学成分特征；撂荒地群落与自然群落中植物、沙质与非沙质生境中植物化学成分差异较显著。

Results showed that there were 37 species in the seed bank, which belongs to 11 families. For the species of seed bank, Gramineae, Compositea, Labiatae, Leguminosae, and Panunculaceae were dominant.

结果表明，(1)土壤种子库中共统计到37个物种，隶属于16科，其中禾本科、菊科、唇形科、豆科和毛茛科的植物占优势。

It was very important to take the corresponding fertilization methods according to different forages, because of different characteristics among gramineous grass, leguminous grass and mixed grasses.

提出了禾本科牧草、豆科牧草及混播牧草特点各异，针对不同的牧草采取相应的施肥方法具有十分重要的意义。

Quality forage has much higher content of protein and lysine than conventional one. Generally, the content of protein in the gramineous is ranged from 13 percent to 15 percent and from 18 percent to 24 percent in the legume.

牧草蛋白质含量和赖氨酸含量都比秸秆等传统饲料高，一般禾本科干草的蛋白质含量为13%～15%，豆科牧草为18%～24%，并且牧草中所含的蛋白质更容易被家畜消化吸收。

本研究在陕甘宁地区豆科植物根瘤菌资源调查的基础上，利用多相分类技术，从不同层次水平系统地研究了分离自黄芪、木蓝、鸡眼草等寄主的根瘤菌。

Furthermore, there is a great phenotypic diversity among the new strains isolated from the same host. Different groups consisted of the new strains from the same host, some were Rhizobium, some were Bradyrhizobium, such as the new strains isolated from leguminous plants of AMkora Prain, Trifolium repens Lam, Aeachynomene Mica L, Indigofera bungeana Steud.

同时，攀西地区豆科植物根瘤菌的多样性还表现在某些来自同一种寄主植物根瘤菌的多样性方面，如分离自山槐、白车轴草、合萌、铁扫帚上的同一种寄主植物内的根瘤菌分别聚在不同的表观群；且来自山槐、合萌、铁扫帚上的根瘤菌既有快生型，又有慢生型。
