Results According the MRI characteristric of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopath sequela:(1)The most common findings were white matter injury in 47 cases:①Periventricular leukomalacia in 23 cases;②Selective cerebral neuronal necrosis of basilar node lentiform nucleus and optic colliculus in 9 cases;③Corpus callosum damaged in 15 cases;(2)The most damaged of grey matter in 18 cases;(3)Focal or multifocal ischemic crerbral intenerate in 9 cases;(4)Diffuse crerbral injury in 5 cases.

结果 根据儿童缺血缺氧性脑病后遗症的MRI影像特点，将其分为：(1)脑白质损伤为主：47例；①脑室周围脑白质脱髓鞘、软化：23例；②基底节豆状核、视丘神经元选择性损害：9例；③胼胝体受损变薄：15例；(2)脑灰质损害为主：18例；(3)局部或多处脑软化：9例；(4)广泛脑损害：5例。

Through analysis the average CR of cortex and that of caudate nucleus and lentiform have correlation with MMSE scores of HD.

与磁共振成像比较，分析病人的PET影像特点；测量了病人的平均皮层、豆状核和丘脑的间接放射性计数，与病人的神经心理测量得分、统一的HD运动评分和生活自理能力评分进行比较分析。

Results:Early conventional non-contrast- enhanced CT showed hyperdense middle cerebral artery sign in 8cases,parenchymal hypodensity:included convexity of brain in 11 cases,lentiform nucleus in 17 cases,lobus insularis in 10 cases,and local brain swelling in 14 cases.

结果：早期常规CT平扫，显示大脑中动脉高密度征8例；脑实质低密度征，包括大脑凸面11例，豆状核17例，脑岛10例；另有局部脑肿胀征14例。

Results Mini-Mental State Examination showed that patient had impairments of rehearsal, expression and verbal short-term memory. Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Standard Aphasia Examination revealed he had difficulties in expressing and writing. Test for immediate recall of verbal stimuli showed moderate impairment in the patient. MRI indicated there was ischaemic infarction in the left posterior lentiform nucleus.

结果 简易智能状态检查患者表现在语言复述、表达及短程记忆方面障碍；中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查量表检查提示主要表现在语言的表达和书写的障碍；词语短时记忆检查提示中等损害；影像学检查显示左侧豆状核后部缺血性梗死。

结果 根据儿童缺血缺氧性脑病后遗症的MRI影像特点，将其分为：（1）脑白质损伤为主：47 例；①脑室周围脑白质脱髓鞘、软化：23 例；②基底节豆状核、视丘神经元选择性损害：9 例；③胼胝体受损变薄：15 例；（2）脑灰质损害为主：18 例；（3）局部或多处脑软化：9 例；（4）广泛脑损害：5 例。

结合临床，豆状核征、脑岛带征、低密度灶，皮质征是诊断缺血性脑梗塞的早期可靠征象，而致密动脉征、占位征不能单独作为其诊断依据。强化这些征象，可望提高缺血性脑梗塞的早期发现率。

The familiar craniocerebral MRI features of HLD include encephalatrophy and abnormal signals in basal segment region,especially the symmetrical long T1 signal,long T2 signal and hyperintensity on FLAIR in bilateral lentiform nucleus.

HLD颅脑MRI最多见征象是脑萎缩与基底节异常信号，特别是双侧豆状核区对称性长T1、长T2、FLAIR高信号最具有特征性。

Results:(1) On the section lenticular nucleus firstly appeared,the appearing rate of the precentral sulcus was 33% on the left side and 30% on the right;However,on the section the precentral sulcus firstly appeared,the appearing rate of the lenticular nucleus was 97% on the left side and 100% on the right.

结果 ：1 在豆状核首次出现断面上，中央前沟的出现率左侧 3 3 %、右侧 3 0 %。
