Five polymorphic primers with good, clear bands were got, screening fromseventy-five ISSR primers. These five pairs of primers were used to amplificaterespectively the genomic DNA of 66 different Pterocarya stenoptera individuals and atotal of 45 bands were amplified with 43 polymorphic bands and percentage ofpolymorphic bands 95.6%.

2从75条ISSR引物中筛选出5条多态性好、谱带清晰的引物，用这5条引物对66个枫杨叶样的基因组DNA进行了PCR扩增，共得到45条带，其中多态性带43条，多态性百分率为95.6％。

This paper determined the olfactory respones of Tetranychus viennensis to different plants odors with "Y" olfactometer and petri-dish, volatiles from leaves of different plants were absorbed with SPME and analyzed with GC-MS (gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer). At the same time, the effects of different host plants on the development of Tetranychus viennensis were determined by means of the leaf-dish rearing method , in addition, the contents of some chemicals in the leaves of different plants were also determined.

本文用&Y&形嗅觉仪法和培养皿法测试了山楂叶螨Tetranychus viennenis Zacher对不同植物气味物质的嗅觉反应，并利用固相微萃取SPME吸附、用气相色谱—质谱联用仪GC-MS(gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer)分析了不同植物叶片的挥发性物质成分：同时采用海绵水盘法饲养山楂叶螨，研究了不同植物对山楂叶螨生长发育的影响，并测定了不同植物叶片中一些生化物质的相对含量。

By way of eight experiments and statistical analysis of loads of overhead crane in actual usese, we have got that the lifing load is stationary, normal and homogeneous Poisson, and got distribution function of lifting load, the load spectrum factor, the rain-flow counting results of stresses and statistical results of location of the trolly, that will provide a large number of datas for reliabilitic design of overhead crane.

通过对八台桥式起重机现场使用载荷的实测试验与统计分析，得出桥式起重机吊重载荷的平稳性、正态性、齐次泊松性、幅值分布、载荷谱系数，以及应力的雨流计数结果、小车位移分布等，为桥式起重机可靠性设计提供了大量的统计数据。

In this dissertation,Co-Cr2O3 and Fe-Cr2O3 granular films with superiorproperties have been successfully fabricated by RF co-sputtering technique underroom and 77K substrate temperatures for the first time.The microstructure,electrical transport and magnetic properties as well as their relation to TMR effectare systematically investigated by various techniques such as X-Ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,electrical diffraction,X-Rayphotoelectron spectroscopyand VSM,etc.,the change of electrical transportand magnetic properties in these films with their microstructure is also shown.Someinteresting and valuable results have been obtained after the theoretical fitting ofexperimental data with the existed theory.The temperature dependence of TMReffects in these films and the way to get larger TMR effect is also studied.Our mainprincipal results obtained are as follows:(1)Microstructure and Magnetism

在本论文中，我们采用射频共溅射方法，在室温及77K的衬底温度下首次成功地制备了性能优异的Co-Cr2O3及Fe-Cr2O3系列颗粒薄膜，并利用X-Ray衍射、透射电镜、电子衍射、X-Ray光电子谱及宏观电性及磁性测量等手段详细地研究了Co-Cr2O3颗粒膜的微结构、电性、磁性及它们与TMR效应之间的关系，系统地研究了薄膜的电性和磁性随薄膜微结构的变化，通过实验数据点的理论拟合，得出了一些有价值的物理信息，探讨了磁电阻效应的温度依赖性及获得较大TMR效应的途径，主要内容可概括如下

The results of calculation will be fundmentally consistent with the experimental values.In addition, we calculated dibenzene chromium and its derivatives, ferroceneand its derivatives. The former had higher symmetry. We studied the substituenteffects by calculating their NMR spectra. The results show that: when we add asubstitute group on one ring of dibenzene chromium, the substitute group will affecttwo benzene rings. The effect is similar to the effect of branched alkanes, namely:the effect on neighbouring groups has transmissibility. Furthermore, the nearer theneighbouring group is, the stronger the effect is. This effect is observed not only onthe substituted ring, but also on the unsubstituted ring.

此外，我们重点计算了二苯铬及其衍生物和二茂铁及其衍生物的核磁共振谱，其中二苯铬及其衍生物选择的是对称性较好的体系，通过计算其核磁共振四川师范大学硕士学位论文谱，探讨其取代基效应，结果表明：在二苯铬的一个环上引入取代基后，取代基对两个苯环的影响，类似于支链院烃引入取代基后的影响：即对邻近基团的影响有传递性，并且对离得近的作用强，对离得远的作用弱，这种作用不仅体现在连有取代基的环上，也体现在没有带取代基的环上。

According to Johnson's Rule and IR spectra, their possible structures are suggested. The bonding parameters of those complexes are calculated by ESR parameters. And the crystal field parameters are calculated by using electronic spectral data. It can be seen that the vanadyl complexes in the solution are ionic complexes and that the α〓 values of those complexes decrease following the increasing of the N donor replacing the O donor of water on the equatorial plane in those complexes. This means that the covalent bonding between vanadium and ligand increases as Ser, Phen or Bipy replace water ligands. The results show the competitive coordinate law that the coordination reactivity of Phen and Bipy is much stronger than that of Ser. The simulation program of ESR is compiled by the theory of ESR in the present work.

测定了VO-丝氨酸二元体系、VO-丝氨酸-邻菲咯啉三元体系和VO-丝氨酸联吡啶三元体系在不同酸度下（pH=1.0～14.0）的乙二醇／水（V／V=1：1）溶液低温ESR谱，发现不同pH下，溶液中具有不同组成的配合物，根据不同pH下ESR谱的变化，利用Johnson的加合规则并结合红外光谱，推测了它们在溶液中的可能结构；利用波谱参数计算了配合物键参数；利用电子光谱数据计算了配合物的晶体场参数，讨沦了它们的成配特性，结果表明：VO配合物属离子型配合物，随取代水分子的配体（Ser、Phen或Bipy）数目增加，键参数减小，配合物共价性增强，同时得出这些体系中，生物配体竞争配位规律：Phen和Bipy与VO的配位能力比Ser强。
