On the point of structure optimization, focusing on the optimization to the quantity factor of silicon cantilever, three kind of power attenuation which effect the Q value and the measure taken to lower the power loss are analysed systematically, and finally a high Q value silicon cantilever resonator with an actual Q reaches 540 is developed.
