As the complete characteristic curves of reversible pump turbine are often used to calculate the instantaneous parameters, this paper studies the characteristic curve and the wicket closure and opening law in pumped storage plants.Chapter 1 presents the importance and the necessity of this study and reviews the previous related research on hydraulic transient process and valve regulation in pumped storage plants.Chapter 2 analyzes the six collected characteristic curves of reversible pumped turbine and studies their diversification from the point of view of specific speed. The six collected discharge and moment curves with maximum efficiency have been fitted to piecewise continuous curves. This curve-fitting procedure is listed.Chapter 3 takes Liyang Pumped storage plant as an example and analyzes the effect of different characteristic curves on regulation guarantee parameters and the variety of its trochoid during the same operation status.Chapter 4 takes three pumped storage plants with different heads as examples and studies the characteristic of coordinated closure with wicket gate and ball valve and its effect on dynamic pressure in the spiral case, inlet pressure in the draft tube and the rise of rotating speed.Chapter 5 summarizes this paper and point out what should be done in the future research.

由于在过渡过程分析计算中，需要频繁利用可逆式机组的全特性曲线推求机组的瞬时参数，所以本文就特性曲线及关闭规律问题进行了研究，其主要内容如下：第1章，指出本文研究的意义和目的，回顾前人对水力过渡过程、抽水蓄能电站及阀调节的研究成果，在此基础上提出本文的研究内容；第2章，针对收集到的六套特性曲线，从比转速的角度出发来研究可逆式机组特性曲线的变化规律；并对六套曲线的最高效率流量和力矩曲线进行分段拟合，得到各分段函数的具体形式，再通过举例说明最高效率曲线的拟合步骤；第3章，以溧阳抽水蓄能电站为实例，分析讨论不同比转速特性曲线对调保参数造成的影响及对于相同工况其轨迹线的变化；第4章，结合高、中、低三水头段抽水蓄能电站，在导叶直线关闭的基础上，研究导叶与球阀协联关闭规律的特点及对蜗壳动水压力、尾水管进口压力及转速上升造成的影响；第5章，总结全文，提出今后研究的重点和方向。

There were larger differences in element contents between different organs of mangroves, while sodium distributed equally in the different organs of \%C. eyrei.\%(2)The osmoregulation of 5 mangroves was mainly fulfilled by salt accumulation.(3)Salt exclusion by roots was the most important salt tolerant mechanism of all mangroves. Keeping lower salt contents in above ground organs was the common feature of all mangroves.(4)Except the efficiency in salt exclusion by roots, no apparent deficiencies in element accumulation and distribution could be found between salt excluders \%(K. candel, B. sexangula\% and \%R. stylosa)\% and salt secreters \%(Avicennia marina\% and \%Aegiceras corniculatum).

结果表明：(1)红树植物体内存在一有效的盐分重新分配机制，各器官之间盐分含量差别较大，而甜槠植物体内Na分布相对比较均匀；(2)这5种红树植物主要是通过积累盐分来抵御生境高盐引起的渗透胁迫；(3)根系拒盐是所有红树植物最重要的排盐机制，在满足细胞渗透调节的前提下，保持地上部分器官较低的盐分浓度是所有红树植物的共同特点；(4)拒盐红树植物与泌盐红树植物除根系排盐效率上有所差别外，在植物体各器官元素积累及分配方面，没有明显的差异。

Following studies had been performed:(1)repetitive WLT and real-time ultrasonography had been performed to 18 HS and 40 FD toassess the reproducibility and influencing factors.(2) correlations of WLT with symptomscore and electrogastrography had been analysed.(3) differences ofWLT between HS and FD had been compared.(4) methophenolane andimmunohistochemistry stain of gastric fundus mucosa biopsy from 40 FD patients hadbeen performed to analyse the correlations of symptom score and WLT with count andactivity of mast cells, 5-HT level, and H.Pylori infectious status.(5) the effect of oralsumatriptan to proximal stomach function in 10 HS and 10 FD had been assessed, so as toestablish the possible regulating mechanism of fundic relaxation, explore the therapeuticpotential and feasibility of sumatriptan on FD.Results:I. Evaluation of WLT and its application in FD management.

我们主要进行以下几个方面的研究：(1)对18名健康人及40名FD患者重复进行水负荷试验并结合B超声对近端胃的实时监测，评价水负荷试验结果的可靠性并分析其影响因素；(2)观察水负荷试验结果与症状积分及体表胃电结果的相关性；(3)比较FD患者和健康成人水负荷试验结果的差别；(4)对40名FD患者胃底粘膜活检组织进行免疫组化染色和甲苯胺蓝染色，观察FD患者的症状及水负荷试验结果与胃底粘膜肥大细胞、5-HT表达情况及H.pylori感染情况的相关性：(5)观察口服舒马曲坦对10名健康人及10名FD患者近端胃功能的影响，并由此推测胃底舒张运动调节的生理机制，探讨口服舒马曲坦治疗FD的可行性。

Micro-mechanism of hoarding behavior and its influences on economy are also studied in this paper. Consumers' and firms' HBs are investigated and the quantitative relation among the identioal hoardings, short-term real hoardings and long-term real hoardings are obtained. The influence of HB on fluctuation of market price is discussed by classifying HB into five types, and the goal for government to adjust HB as well as some suitable policies are suggested.

本文系统研究了经济中囤积行为的微观机制和对宏观经济的影响，全面考察了消费者和企业的囤积行为，提出了理想囤积倾向，实际囤积倾向、短缺资源配给模式等概念；给出了理想囤积量与短期实际囤积量，长期实际囤积量之间的定量关系；讨论了囤积行为对市场价格波动的影响，首次提出了囤积行为的五种类型，分析了它们对价格的不同影响，并给出了政府调节的目标和实行措施。
