Based on the system study of CATV integrated service headend system, design and realize the first CATV Integrated Service Information Net of China. The main content of this article include: The second chapter is Combined to the demand of the system and analyzed some schedule model, a real-time schedule arithmetic base on memory is proposed.

本文主要内容包括：第二章深入研究了综合业务信息网用户请求的分布规律，建立了用户请求的数学模型，推导了用户请求分布的一般表达式，在此基础上，提出了基于动态优先级调整的资源均衡调度算法，有效地实现了大用户量的并发用户请求处理以及中心系统资源的实时优化调度策略。

With the model of ProRMJA(The Program of Resource Management and Job Allocation), we try to resolve the problems of acquiescing in each calculation node for offering computing service, completing tasks and allocating jobs.

针对默认各个计算节点均能提供计算服务的问题，本文通过&计算池&这一虚拟组织，为调度器分发作业提供支撑，调度器根据计算池中各个节点的计算能力和状态，动态分配任务，这样就可以保证平台的稳定性。

In order to meet the complex requirements in hydropower stations optimal operation, a hybrid optimal model consisted DPSA,DDDP and POA organically with the system constrain of up-down bound is presented.The model is seized of the advantages including decreasing the number of hydropower stations by DPSA,minifying the discrete states by DDDP and reducing the computational time by POA.

2针对规模库群的复杂调度要求，结合逐次逼近动态规划可以减少每次参与计算的电站数目，增量动态规划减少离散状态数目，而逐步优化算法减少计算时段数目等特点，以满足系统上下限带宽的发电量最大为目标，提出耦合DPSA，DDDP及POA的混合求解算法来建立梯级长期优化调度模型。

A group control system of mechatronic equipments has the characteristics of distribution, parallelled working and independent operating. This paper proposes an intelligent dispatching model with hierarchical structure based on multi-agent theory and technology in order to optimize operating scheming and to improve operating efficiency. Some key issues, such as the multi-agent system structure, agent collaboration mechanism and control algorithm, are studied in this paper.

针对群组控制的机电一体化设备具有分布、并行工作和自主运行的特点，从优化调度、提高运行效能的角度出发，基于Multi-agent理论和技术，提出了一种具有递阶结构的Multi-agent智能调度模型，并对Multi-agent系统结构、Agent协作机制和控制算法等关键问题进行了研究。

To address this issue, this paper proposed a preempting algorithm, HRRF ( Highest Response-Ratio First) Algorithm.
