The mathematics teachers in high schools are not only the guarantee of the smooth implement of mathematics course standard but also an executant of the foundation course reform .But a big margin exists between the roles of the mathematics teachers in high schools of the course system and the expectation of the new course. So it is very necessary to relocate the role of the mathematics teachers in the new course.

而中学数学教师不仅是数学课程标准顺利实施的保障者，同时又是基础教育改革的实践者，但是现行课程体系下中学数学教师的角色形象与新课程的期望之间存在着较大的差距，因此重新定位中学数学教师在新课程中的角色是非常必要的。

Only like this can we form our own way which will meet the requirements of the new era. Facing the reform, our teachers should renew our opinion, rerealize some basic matters such as education, Maths study and Maths teaching, and rechange our role through the study of the new subject theory and teaching case concerned. Teachers should put the theory into effect.

面对数学新课程改革，教师要及时更新观念，正确认识教育、数学学习和数学教学等基本问题，并通过对新课程理念和有关案例的学习，重新认识和转换自己的角色，以学习者、课程的开发者、教材的编写者和评价的参与者的角色，真正把新课程的理念落实到实处。

"Basic subjects schoolroom" is the series lectures organized by our club,what aims at some basic subjects,organizes one or two lectures in proper phases of every term. The purpose of the activity is to solve students' puzzles met during study, and combines these subjects with their extending subjects and research directions to inspire students' enthusiasm and widen their eyereach.
