Biological assays for several PAHs containing hydroxy and nitro group indicated that they could protect human red blood cells from hemolysis induced by AAPH and displayed effect of inhibitory for damage of DNA in vitro. They were found to have cytostatic and cytotoxic activity for HL-60 cell lines.

所考察的含有羟基和硝基的多环芳烃化合物对自由基诱导的人血红细胞溶血有一定的抑制作用，对AAPH诱导的DNA损伤有不同程度的保护作用，且它们的抗氧化活性与硝基取代基之间表现出一定的构效关系。

The hydroxy and nitro-substituted coumarins were able to inhibite hemolysis of human red blood cells and damage of DNA induced by AAPH. It reveals that these compounds are effective antioxidants. Some coumarins have cytostatic and cytotoxic activity for HL-60 cell lines. In general, their effects were weakened when coumarins own nitro group.

含有羟基和硝基的香豆素衍生物对自由基诱导的人血红细胞溶血有一定的抑制作用，且对AAPH诱导的DNA损伤有不同程度的保护作用，部分香豆素衍生物对人早幼粒白血病细胞（HL-60）的增殖表现出一定的抑制作用。

To determine the early changes and process of formation of central polydactyly, syndactyly, and cleft hand, we experimentally induced these anomalies in the hind limbs of rat embryos and discussed the relationship among these abnormalities.

目的：在同一个病人有多种中心型多趾、并趾、裂手畸形组合常出现在各自的四肢，然而很少知道在四肢发育的过程中的趾线的异常诱导的早期变化，为了确定中心型多趾、并趾以及裂手畸形的形成过程和早期变化，我们通过实验在大鼠的下肢诱导这些异常并探讨这些异常之间的关系。

After treatment of benzamide which is an inhibitor of poly polymerase,β-galactosidase activity assays and PCR analysis were performed to test the deletion of LacZ gene and c-Ha-T24ras gene. The results showed that:(1)LacZ gene was deleted from both A13.4-NIH3T3 cells and B12.7-NIH3T3 cells, but neigher from A13.4-HeLa cells nor B12.7-HeLa cells. So it is possible that there is cell line specificity in gene deletion induced by BA.(2) In A13.4-NIH3T3 cells, LacZ gene and c-Ha-T24ras gene were completely deleted at the same time.(3) The transcription activity of exgenous DNA fragment may have same effect on its sensitivity to the deletion induced by BA.

用聚ADP核糖聚合酶的NAD位点抑制剂苯甲酰胺分别处理四种转化细胞后，检测细胞中整合的外源LacZ基因与c-Ha-T24ras基因的删除情况，结果如下：BA诱导的基因删除可发生于NIH3T3转化细胞系，但不能发生于HeLa转化细胞系；位于同一外源表达载体上的LacZ基因与c-Ha-T24ras基因的删除过程是同步的；外源整合DNA片段的转录强度可能直接影响其被BA诱导删除的敏感性。

Result The results revealed that different concentration of C6-HSL could obviously inhibit the growth rate of root and the number of roots, but have no effects on plant height, number of nodes and leaf size. The POD and SOD activities and the concentration of H2O2 showed a significantly increased when the potato implants were pretreated with C6-HSL, however, no effect of C6-HSL pretreatment on PAL and PPO activities were found. The ability of resistance aginst Erwinia carotovora subp. carotovora was signifinantly improved after treated by C6-HSL. Incidence was obviously lower than the control group.

方法以椭圆叶花锚种子培养的无菌苗的茎和新鲜植株的茎段为外殖体，ms为基本培养基，分别以6-ba和naa两种植物激素为变量进行实验研究。结果ms培养基+1.0 mg/l 6-ba+1.0 mg/l naa对诱导椭圆叶花锚愈伤组织的形成效果最佳；高浓度的6-ba配合较高浓度的naa诱导的愈伤组织致密，出愈率高。

DST showed that the pretreatment with dexamethasone can not repress the total number of CRF immunoreactive neurons in the rat model induced by CUMS, by contrast with a normal repression in the number of CRF neurons in rat induced by acute stress. In brief, the rat model induced by CUMS represented decreased body weight, obvious depression-like behavior, hyperactivity in HPA axis and nonsuppression on the DST, which fits the criteria and neurobiological feature of depression.

In this research, B2 gene of HCV was highly expressed as a fusion protein (Trx-B2) by cloning into pThioHisA, and induced specific anti-HCV antibody in higher titer than unmodified B2 protein after immunize mice or rabbit.The results showed antigen Trx-B2 has obvious immunogenicity and induced specific antibody,which might be able to serve as diagnosis HCV. Consequently, this PcAb of rabbit was used to coated Immulon plate, and a method of both antibodys sandwiching antigens was developed to detect 32 HCV positive serum and 32 nomal serum.Results show that ratio of positive are 87.5%and 43.75% respectively.

但缺点是该抗原所诱导的抗体滴度较低，可能是由于其分子量较小，所以本课题将人工合成的HCV复合多表位抗原基因B_2克隆到表达载体pThioHisA中，利用硫氧还蛋白融合方式对该抗原进行修饰，并在大肠杆菌中表达融合蛋白(Trx-B_2)，纯化该蛋白后免疫小鼠及家兔，结果表明用硫氧还蛋白修饰后的融合蛋白免疫小鼠和家兔后，得到的抗体滴度均高于未经修饰过的复合多表位抗原合成肽所诱导的抗体滴度，并从免疫后的兔血清中提取IgG包被酶联板，利用双抗夹心法分别检测了32份HCV阳性血清和32份正常人的血清，结果阳性率分别为87.5%和43.75%，符合率为71.88%。
