Chiral ligands mentioned above and their complexes with acetate copper were used as enantio-selective catalysts in asymmetric cyclopropanation reactions of diazoacetate and 1,1-diphenyl ethylene. Investigations indicate that all of them reveal certain optical-selective capability, but chiral C2-symmetric 2,6-bispyridine ligands show better catalytic capability than chiral asymmetric schifF-base ligands.

选择了2个手性2，6-吡啶双噁唑啉配体和6个手性不对称席夫碱配体与醋酸铜形成的配合物作为催化剂，对重氮乙酸乙酯与1，1-二苯乙烯不对称环加成进行催化反应，发现这8个催化剂对1，1-二苯乙烯的不对称环丙烷化反应都表现出了一定的光学活性诱导能力，手性2，6-吡啶双噁唑啉-铜类具有比手性Schiff碱-铜类更好的催化性能。

Cinnamomea, antrocamphin A was purified from previous ethanol extraction using bioactivity-guided fractionation. As results, the antrocamphin A could significantly inhibit NO and PGE2 autacoids production in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. Meanwhile, the mRNA and protein expression levels of iNOS and COX-2 were inhibited by antrocamphin A in a dose-dependent manner. Antrocamphin A also reduced the translocation of NF-κB induced by LPS, which was associated with the prevention of the degradation of I-κB, and subsequently decreased p65/p50 proteins level in the nucleus. This is the first report demostrating the A.

接著并以活性为导向的分离策略，从樟芝子实体乙醇抽出物中分离出具抗发炎活性成分antrocamphin A，续利用LPS诱导小鼠巨噬细胞（RAW 264.7）产生发炎的模式，解析antrocamphin A之抗发炎机制，结果证实antrocamphin A确可有效抑制一氧化氮自由基和前列腺素的生成，透过蛋白质表现分析得知，antrocamphin A之抗发炎活性是经由抑制一氧化氮生成酵素和第二型环氧酵素的mRNA表现，进而抑制了一氧化氮生成酵素、第二型环氧酵素和核转录因子-κB等酵素之表现。

The LD50 of acute toxicity to mice and chronic accumulated toxicity to bandicoots of crude and processed Radix Aristolochice were observated.Intestinal and myokinetic influence of normal and revulsive hyperactive gastrointestinal motility of mice induced by neostigmine were observated by giving aqueous extract and alcoholic extract of crude and processed Radix Aristolochice.Relieving pain and eliminating inflammation to mice also were observated .

采用小鼠急性毒性和大鼠蓄积性毒性方法观察青木香炮制前后对小鼠急性毒性LD50和对大鼠的慢性蓄积性毒性作用；观察了青木香炮制前后的水煎剂和醇提物对正常和新斯的明诱导的胃肠运动机能亢进小鼠肠肌运动的影响；并观察了对小鼠的镇痛和抗炎作用。
