The roles of nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species in abscisic acid accumulation under water stress conditions and the mechanisms through which NO/ROS regulate ABA biosynthesis were studied in this thesis.

为了探讨植物对水分胁迫信号的感受机制和水分胁迫下ABA合成的诱导机制，本论文研究了ROS和NO在水分胁迫诱导ABA积累中的作用、作用机理及其生理意义。

分析结果表明，数字式全景钻孔摄像系统可以直观可视和定量精细描述裂隙的形态，回采扰动和强制爆破诱导耦合技术，从裂隙发育、扩展以及裂隙的演化，有利于顶板围岩致裂失稳崩落，从而形成诱导崩落顶板处理空区的目的。

Results: The proliferation of Kasumi-l cell was obviously inhibited by VPA on dose- and time-dependent manner. The IC50 was 2.33 mmol/L treated with VPA for 72 h. Incubation with VPA, the cell ratio at G0/C1 phase increased. VPA induced myeloid cell differentiation antigen CD11b to increase with a time-and dose-dependent way and caused apoptosis. Wright's staining and light microscope were used to show the morphology of partial differentiation and obvious apoptosis with 3 mmol/L VPA for 72 hours. The typical DNA ladder of apoptosis characteristic was observed with DNA gel electrophoresis.

结果：VPA能显著抑制Kasumi-1细胞的增殖，且呈剂量和时间依赖性，VPA处理Kasumi-1细胞72h时的半数抑制浓度(IC50)为2.33 mmol/L；VPA处理后，细胞周期检测G0/G1期细胞比例逐渐增高；VPA能诱导髓系分化抗原CD11b表达水平的阳性率升高，呈时间及剂量依赖性；VPA能诱导Kasumi-1细胞凋亡，Kasumi-l细胞经VPA3 mmol/L处理72h后，出现典型的凋亡细胞所具有的梯形DNA条带。

实验结果如下： 1、以驱蚊香草幼嫩叶片为材料，不同种类、不同浓度的植物生长调节物质及其组合对愈伤组织诱导的效应不同；驱蚊香草愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基是MS+2，4-D0.2mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂粉5g/L，pH=5.8。

The results show that the addition of surfactant shortens induction time and improves formation rate and volumetric proportion, and the volumetric proportion of synthetic hydrate samples can amount to 136~150; the existence of porous medium delays hydrate formation exiguously; the influence of memory effect on gas hydrate formation is notable, the induction time could be shortened by 10~20 times for the experimental system containing residual pentahedral ring structure.

结果表明：表面活性剂的加入缩短了水合物生成诱导时间，提高了生成速度和含气率，合成的水合物样品含气率达到136~150；多孔介质的存在对水合物的生成有较小的延缓；记忆效应对瓦斯水合物生成影响显著，在拥有水合物分解残余五面体环等结构的实验体系中，水合物生成诱导时间缩短10~20倍。

Results hPDLP wasisolated from human periodontium and most of the cells retained their fibroblastic spindle shape. hPDLP can be in-duced into osteoblast-like cells and adipocyte-like cells, and calcium deposition and lipid droplets were detected perspectively.

结果 第1代hPDLP的CD146和STRO-1阳性率分别是27.20%±3.98%和4.23%±4.08%；经矿化诱导可以形成矿化结节，有钙盐沉积；经成脂诱导可见特异性脂滴形成，特异性转录因子过氧化物酶体激活物增生受体2（PPARγ2）和脂蛋白脂酶表达上调。

These ingredients includes epidermal growth factor, hepatocyte growth factor, dimethyl sulfoxide, phenobarbital sodium and all trans-retinoic acid. We isolate and culture primary 10-weeks-old human fetal hepatocytes, observe hepatocytes form and its function markers. Inoculate hepatocytes with HBV Dane particles to observe if HBV susceptibility of fetal hepatocytes can be induced in vitro. To detect HBV covalently closed circular DNA within hepatocytes, we improve the existent PCR method.

基于上述假设，我们设计了10种培养条件，在自行设计的无血清培养基中添加不同的细胞分化诱导物，包括表皮生长因子、肝细胞生长因子、二甲基亚砜、苯巴比妥钠、全反式维甲酸等，分离孕10周龄人胎肝细胞进行原代培养，观测肝细胞形态及功能指标变化，并定时给予HBV感染，观察能否在体外诱导胎肝细胞出现HBV易感性；为检测肝细胞内HBV共价闭合环状DNA(covalently closed circular DNA，cccDNA)，我们改进了现有的PCR检测法。

The induced hmscs-tert were examined by oil red-o staining, alkaline phosphates staining and von kossa staining. results the hmsc-tert was negative for cd34, cd45, cd44, cd106 and cd166. after the induction, accumulated cytoplasmatic red lipid droplets were clearly visible in the adipose cells by oil red o staining, and alkaline phosphates-positive pitchy grains formed in the intracytoplasm and calcium nodes were found by von kossa staining in the osteoblasts.

结果 hmsc-tert细胞表面抗原检测cd34、cd45、cd44、cd106、cd166均为阴性；脂肪细胞定向诱导后油红o染色见胞浆内有红色脂肪颗粒，成骨细胞定向诱导后见胞浆内有碱性磷酸酶染色阳性黑褐色颗粒，von kossa染色见有钙结节形成。
