Objective To investigate the misdiagnosis reasons of pseudocondyloma of vulvae.

目的 探讨分析假性湿疣误诊的原因。

Results All the patients were diagnosed to pseudocondyloma of vulvae by the examination with 5% acetic acid and the histopathological examination.

结果 本组误诊为尖锐湿疣的24例患者经醋酸白试验、组织病理学检查均确诊为假性湿疣。

POEMS syndrome may lead to hyperplasia diseases of abnormal plasm cell with many systems and organs injured,it is easy for wrong and missing diagnosis;presently there's no special therapy for it,now it mainly takes immune intervention,operation and radiation therapy.

POEMS综合征是可导致多系统多器官受到损害的浆细胞异常增生性疾病，容易误诊、漏诊，对于POEMS综合征目前尚无特殊治疗方法，现主要采用免疫干预治疗、手术及放射治疗。

The main causes of misdiagnosis were:the main complaints and the main signs could be one or more of aeries of symptoms or signs of OSAHS itself or its complications and the lack of systemic knowledge of OSAHS.

误诊原因：①缺乏对OSAHS的认识；②OSAHS患者症状和并发症较多，主诉可能为OSAHS或其并发症的任何症状之一。

Among the 6 cases with dilated biliary tract, biliary sludge were seen in 4 cases(biliary stone existed simultaneously in 2 cases). Biloma were observed in 2 and the echogram of acute rejection was misdiagnosed as biliary sludge in one case.

结果：19例肝移植术后患者超声检查显示胆管弥漫性病变9例，胆管扩张的6例中有胆泥4例（2例伴胆管结石）；将急性排斥反应误诊为胆泥1例；伴肝内胆汁脓肿2例。
