误诊

Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and therapy of pyogenic sacroiliitis. Methods: 4 cases were analyzed retrospectively and reported; and related literatures were reviewed.

目的：回顾分析4例误诊为强直性脊柱炎的化脓性骶髂关节炎的病例，探讨化脓性骶髂关节炎的临床表现、诊断、治疗方法。

But astrocytoma(n=1)and germinoma(n=1)were solidary lesions in sellar area without diagnostic signs and the astrocytoma was misdiagnosed as craniopharyngioma.

星形细胞瘤和生殖细胞瘤各1例，CT表现为鞍区实性肿块，此中1例误诊。

Results Of 355 ears in 200 children with secretory otitis media, 240 ears exhibited type B tympanogram and 115 ears type C. Removal of hydrotympanum was performed in 355 ears. There was no significant difference in total obtaining liquid rate (P＞0.05). However, there was very significant differences in obtaining mucus rate, stapedius muscle reflex and recurrence rate (P＜0.01), and a significant difference in obtaining serous rate (P＜0.05). There was no misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in 200 sick children undergoing acoustic immitance determination.

结果 200例（355耳）分泌性中耳炎患儿呈B型鼓室导抗图240耳，C型鼓室导抗图115耳，分别对其抽出鼓室积液，它们的总得液率无显著性差异（P＞0.05），但其得粘液率、镫骨肌反射、复发率有极显著性意义（P＜0.01），得浆液率有显著性意义（P＜0.05）；在接受200例声导抗检查的患儿中，无1例发生误诊及漏诊。

Among them, 26 cases ultrasonicimages can show ovaries. the results were verified by surgery for 26 cases of old ectopicpregnancy, 2 cases of pelvic abscess, 2 cases of ovary subserous myoma, and 4 cases ofmisdiagnosis.

结果：超声诊断附件实质性包块，考虑为陈旧性宫外孕24例，子宫浆膜下肌瘤2例，盆腔脓肿4例，其中26例超声可同时显示卵巢图像，术后证实陈旧性宫外孕26例；盆腔腔肿2例；子宫浆膜下肌瘤2例，超声诊断误诊4例。

Results:parenchymatous clump diagnosed by B ultrasonic were considered as old ectopic pregnancy 24cases, ovary subserous myoma 2 cases, pelvic abscess 4 cases. Among them, 26 cases ultrasonicimages can show ovaries. The results were verified by surgery for 26 cases of old ectopicpregnancy, 2 cases of pelvic abscess, 2 cases of ovary subserous myoma, and 4 cases ofmisdiagnosis.

结果：超声诊断附件实质性包块，考虑为陈旧性宫外孕24例，子宫浆膜下肌瘤2例，盆腔脓肿4例，其中26例超声可同时显示卵巢图像，术后证实陈旧性宫外孕26例；盆腔腔肿2例；子宫浆膜下肌瘤2例，超声诊断误诊4例。

本组治疗以抗病毒和对症治疗为主。结论传染性单核细胞增多症临床表现多样化，易于误诊。

CT sometimes presents with relatively high density in sinus rectus, sinus sagittalis superior, longitudinal fissure cistern and cerebellar tentorium in normal newborn infants, which easily diagnosed as newborn SAH. So it should be paied attention to the cranial CT differential diagnosis of normal neworns and newborns with SAH.

正常新生儿CT表现为直窦、上矢状窦、纵裂池、小脑天幕有时密度相对略高，易误诊为新生儿SAH，因此要注意正常新生儿颅脑与新生儿SAH的CT鉴别。
