It is one of the main methods to improve the performance o f strapˉdown inertial navigation system for compenˉ sating random drift and bias of MEMS IMU. For improving performance of MEMS IMU and that of the INS, the error estimation and compensation of MEMS IMU with autoregressive proces ses modeling method was deeply studied.
